Long story short, 25 year old girl wants to kill herself. Jumps off of 7th floor (or so) department building. Lands on man. She's dead, he's massively fucked up.

 

Oh crap, that sucks. I would hate that if some bitch fell on me.

 

Awe man, she's gonna pay in her afterlife.

Whatever grief she had she passed on to this guy.

 

He's apparently disfigured... crushed most of his facial structure.

 

Where I live we had a guy jump off a 20 story building. Landed on a car and lived. Can you imagine having your life be so bad you jump off a 20 story building... Only to wake up in the hospital and realize that you can't even do that right?

 

I have a friend whose ex-girlfriend did something similar from the 6th or so floor. She apparently "got caught" on something halfway down and did one of those Home Simpson bang yourself up each step of the way down. She lived, but was in the hospital for like 3 months. I'm sure broke just about every bone in her body.

I see him every now and again (he works in my neighborhood so we always bump into each other) but she's MIA as you'd expect. They had broken up, so I can't imagine him feeling good about the situation.

In english I think, tho the Japanese do tend to kill themselves a lot so probably isnt the same one.

Yeah, the Japanese are nuts for killing themselves. they just can't cope with any sort of rejection.

 

I had to chuckle at the comment above, due to the fact that unless they believe in reincarnation I suspect even the Japanese (as technologically advanced as they are) only manage to kill themselves once.

Bloody awful story. Being suicidal is one thing, however being as inconsiderate as to endanger other people is another. I noticed a rail crash in the UK last year which killed 6 people was attributed to someone committing suicide. Basically he stopped his car on the level crossing and waited for an express train. I'll go hunting for it later (unless someone finds it first). I think it was reported last week.

 

You know the fucked up thing about this story? It's not the first time it's happened by a stretch. I remember one from years ago (Shinjuku Keio Department store) and I heard that something similar happened a few weeks ago.

Why is Japan so fucked up? Can anybody answer that?
I was going to blame us bombing the shit out of them at the End of World War II but they was fucked up before then too. (Just look at what they did to the Chinese and Koreans for example)

 

All it would take is someone to quickly nip out of taxi or walk hastly out of the building and that bit of blank space you were aiming for becomes the top of another person.

 

Japanese have their own way of looking at things. They are anal people most of the time with no time or just simply can't (Due to the way they are raised) change, accept others opinion and agree or cope with things very well.

My missus once said she was going to kill herself with the knife. man, I shit it then. Fucked up wasn't the word to say back then. I just couldn't believe what I was seeing or hearing. Since then she's learned from me to give the finger and basically ignore others if they become pushy rather than breaking down (as most of them do. Take the last PM for an example)

One girl from my high school tried to kill her self by driving on the opposite side of the road into traffic on the free way. I mean, that's fucking inconsiderate. It's one thing if you want to kill yourself, but have some consideration for other people.

 

Something like this happened here recently too: A woman wants to kill herself and throws her child first of the 4th floor of a warehouse. Her child is dead and she jumps too but survives and lies badly injured in a hospital...

As sad as some of this is... after reading this thread I could not help but laugh. It was a bad one to read at work because this thread was hilarious. I guess in japan there should be a hazzard warning for tourist that reads When walking down the street always pay attention to what is above you becaue you may be hit by falling people. sorry but I had too.
