hey someone told me i can edit the ind-bios.cfg file to run my fan at always 100% incl in GAME because i have a 1ghz xbox ,problem is i cant find the file my xbox is tsop with indi bios 5003 1ghz 2tb

No not what you want. It's between 10 - 50 10 = 20% (default fan speed) 50 = 100% (jet engin if using the default fan lol) Anything below 10 could cause heat issues, if using a stock fan.
Never noticed that lol, it's my config I put it in a post on another forum & set it to max fan speed for him. But guess he though 100 was max, even though I told him 50 was :/
