I had a question about one of your game :

    7. Tales of Legendia Promo Version JP PS2 (sealed)

Are you refering to this picture of your game ?
    legendiajppromof.jpg

If yes, could you explain me why it is a promo version ?
Is there a different SLPS code on the side ? Or is it just written on the back ?

It looks like a sticker. Is it on the top or under the sealed plastic ?

Also, is the SLPS code in the side the same or not ? Because if SLPS code is exactly the same, it's highly possible that it's not a promo version.
To be short, SLPS is like the ID of the game. A good exemple would be Tales of Eternia which have been released in two different version (premium box and normal version). If you took both case individually, they are the same, but CD's are different and their code are also different (normal is SLPS 03050~2, premium version is SLPS 03045~7).

I know someone that own two real promo version of the Tales series. Those promo version have been sent to specifics shop in japan to promote the game where people could come and test the game. One is in loose version (without case), the other is in a little cardboeard. Also they both have different code which is not SLPS but SLPM.

tldr : If SLPS code are the same, it's highly possible that your game is not a promo version.

It can still be a promo even if it is only a sticker. It just isn't a super special version. Stickers can hold value around this place hah

Yes you're right, sticker can hold a lot of value.
I'm not a real specialist about promo games but I do know a lot of stuff about official/promo released stuff from the "Tales of" series (retail or special version). I'm even aware about some version rare enough that information on internet are lost (partially because outside japan, the series is not a huge success).

Also that's why I said "its highly possible", instead of "it's impossible".

Anyway, sorry for grammar mistakes, my english is not perfect.

The Sticker is under the plastic. I also think its not really special. I bought it on ebay. Seller say, it was given only to people work on the title (can be alot of corse). The SLPS is the same.
I think the only information is on this sticker, but i cant read japanese.
Depending on the barcode is not readable, its a promo not for sale...

A german pal repro of ToP. Still need to play it complete since i stop it in japanese back in the days. I dont like the new ports of the game. So this will be perfect on a SNES/SFC.
