I recently came across this website which appears to have the source code for the Gamecube version of Killer7. [Staff note: URL temporarily hidden] I haven't heard of the source code for any commercial Gamecube games being available before. If it actually is the source code for the game, I would think that there would be enough information to get the game running at 60fps through an Action Replay code on Dolphin. I found that there was at least a .map file which has the names of the various functions in the game. Anyway, I'd like to know what you guys think of this and whether or not it's any good.

wow nice find! I wonder if this is intentional or a mistake, the whole domain seems to be an opendir with lots of files freely accessible.

Could you upload it here when you are done please? I was doing the same but it doesn't feel like there is much point if someone else is doing it. Alot faster than I am aswell. Haha.

Will do, I'm running it via my dedicated server in france so it's pretty fast. Only issue is I still have to do 1 file at a time but it's a single command so that's ok. :p

Agreed, I've seen source code, MP3 samples, DDS files, EXE's, ZIP's even PSD's so this seems to be a huge load. There's alot of data too it seems as one file is upto 600MB and still downloading.

Even Make.exe files, which can recreate a complete build of the game. I wonder if these are final builds or work in progress ones.

I've seen 2002 mentioned in a few files and 2004 in a few others so it seems this is all over the place. noticed some "Capcom" font zip's too.

Yes, I have seen these Capcom fonts :)

Also on one other folder, there is a one giga file, which seem not to be related to killer 7 [Staff note: URL temporarily removed]

Haha yeah my servers already done a few gigs already no clue what the total will be but I think there's going to be about 10GB atleast.

I just hope they don't take it down with all the traffic they're getting. Seem's this has only been up a few weeks so seems it's a mistake as it normally redirects to a different domain.

@Anybody reading please try to refrain downloading any large files until we've cloned it fully. More that visit the slower it gets for my server to grab. Once I've got the files I'll zip them up and reupload to mega or something depending on size. :)

You are right, I stop digging on this site until everything is ripper. Thanks a lot Demon !

You should edit your first post to prevent people to download files !

Browsing should be fine it's just the large files which would slow it. Sadly not my post but I guess a mod could hide the thread or edit the link out until it's grabbed?

Collecting beta's is a grey area anyway, Disks leak, Data leaks. In this case the dev messed up and left it to the world meaning it's their fault.

If they're offering all their stuff, unprotected, to the world - it's their problem. It's different when it comes to usage - You probably shouldn't base your next commercial game on that stuff.

Well ... if you find 100$ on the streets ... would you still feel like a robber? Someone dropped it there right?

Btw, archive.org already seems to have [Staff note: temporarily removed URLs] some of the stuff. But keep those wgets chugging away anyways, the archive tends to skip over some (larger?) files.

You are probably right guys. I just feel like if, by mistake, I put all my development work over the internet, I will be so sad to see people downloading it. Anyway, Killer 7 is a great game, I wish we can do something with these sources :)
