Speaking of strange copyright claims, I had one where some asian website claimed that I stole their video since they had posted a video containing footage from the game I had featured on my channel but mind you they had no claim to the game or its footage since they just used it the same as I had. Luckily it was dropped pretty quickly. All I had to say is they were not the game copy who made the game and had no claim to it.

 

Yeah, actually looking at it again, I think it might have been that the game and the TV show (made by Sony) used the same intro. The claim finally got dropped yesterday, so it's totally ok now.

My first claim was from a Saturn commercial I used in a top 10, and one bit was claimed by the WWE, even though the picture clearly had a Saturn logo in it.

 

I finally resolved the cliffhanger from the Max Steel video, and even took the time to review Centipede for the Dreamcast.

The commercial from the 80s was infinitely better than the game or my video.

 

Also I simmed the Super Bowl using the totally accurate (as of 2008) rosters from Madden 09 (translation: don't bet using this video as advice).

I left the decision for a game to review up to Steam Roulette, and the Roulette gods smote me.

Madden 09 was the last Xbox game ever made. Ever

 

I don't really know how ethical this is. They're technically stifling the publishers the money they would have received from a new copy of a game selling. I haven't watched the video yet, but I assume that's a point of contention.

Strikers 1945 is actually the second Strikers 1945 game. You paid a great price for it, usually a loose copy is around 3 times that.

 

I got the demo disc on a whim, but I had heard great thing about Strikers 1945, and I'm definitely pleased with that pickup.

 

So I take a cruise down memory lane and review a game I'd played the tar out of back in the day. You can tell because I reference Meatloaf that this is a very retro review. Is Test Drive 6 perfect? No, no it has ridiculous AI and some of the craziest clipping I've ever seen, but damn is it fun.
