I remember playing the JamPack Test Drive 6 demo a lot. I enjoyed it as well. The soundtrack was pretty great, too. I think as far as I got with the retail copy was just renting it. I'll have to try to DC version as I only played the PS one.

It snowed yesterday (and no, this isn't a queued post from a couple months ago), so I finally reviewed a game specifically so I could make a terrible joke.

    ENJOY!

It has been forever and a day since I reviewed a game, so I look at two to make up for it!

Watched through about 4 videos while exercising yesterday. I liked them. I enjoy that instead of being loud, profane and obnoxious as video game commentators/reviewers today typically are, the videos are profanity-free, laid back and not frantic. While I use profanity myself, it's just a nice break from what seems to be the trend in video game videos now.

    Thanks!

You probably shouldn't watch the video of dying in Dux, because that's like, all swearing. Just frustration. SHMUPS don't agree with me.

Oh I wouldn't mind it, just as long as you don't start doing that every video haha.

Definitely not for reviews. I'm kinda considering doing Let's Plays. It's like streaming on Twitch, but cops aren't called to my house!

    Guess freaking what, Assemblergames?

Yeah, I was busy while we were down, so let's start with a long series of posts (unless the new system lets me link more than one video in a post)

First up I took a look at Virtua Fighter 3TB for the Dreamcast:

Then I made a little unboxing video, it was quite fun:

(EDIT: Ok, it looks like I can have multiple videos, so I'll try not to double post and just lump the rest in here too)

Then I took a request and reviewed Chicken Run for the DC:

To wrap up my DC videos I unfortunately did another request and played Spirit of Speed (it's so so bad):

And yesterday (Monday) was the start of Pac-Man week, so I played a buggy plug n play unit:

Day 2 of Pac-Man Week covers Adventures in Time, a PC exclusive from 2000 that is kind of forgotten (at least compared to the classics and newest games).

Guess what? It's another Pac-Man related game. This time Ms. Pac-Man Maze Madness for day 4 of Pac-Man week.

Day 3's video is in Content ID hell.

Ok, I finished the video I meant to do last Friday and posted it yesterday.

EDIT: That was the wrong video.

No Pac-Man for the Atari 2600? AKA, the best Pac-Man?

Maybe if I do a "terrible games week" I'll do that one.

Gotta throw Drake of 99 Dragons in there as well, then. Is that something you're possibly going to do in the future?

I'm kinda sorta thinking about it, but the last 2 non Pac-Man games I did were garbage.

But I've got a decent lineup for it: Ride to Hell, Hooter's Road Trip, Chicago Enforcer (good XFL team, bad game), Aquaman, and Pro Pinball. All garbage on a disc.

I've actually really wanted to play Ride to Hell. I have a soft spot for really bad games, and this one seems to be a prime candidate. Hooter's Road Trip is a good choice. So, so bad. I have Chicago Enforcer myself. So hard, but not a good challenging hard. A hard-because-the-game-is-so-poorly-made hard. I do like this line-up. I'll be tuned in.

Now that I'm finally coming down from my Shenmue III/Blackhawks induced euphoria, I finally reviewed something.

And it's a hidden object Steam game ported from iOS.

    Lovely.

Stupid Steam Roulette. Actually it's not that bad, kinda short (like the video), but it might be worth the dollar it's going for.

Pssst, I don't know if you know this, but there's a Kickstarter campaign for a third Shenmue game. I know, nobody has heard about it at all.

Well, if any of you youngins want to know what Shenmue's all about (because why would Sega want to make it available on a console with more than 64mb of RAM?), y'alls can watch this lil video.

What's a Kickstarter? Is this really the best place to talk about what's presumed to be a motorcycle part?

In all seriousness, this is a good idea. I'll probably watch this when I exercise tonight.
