The thing about rumors is that there rumors. But with backwards computability, I think it is more probable that at first it can only play a few PS3 games. My point is that if they haven't figured out PS2 compatibility with the PS3 yet, what makes you think the PS4 can work with PS3 so easily? Maybe they will have it at first and then remove them.:tears_of_joy: Also, I just realized... If there are no used games for the system, what will be of the future of retrogaming? How would people pick up games from thrift shops and play them if they don't work.
If the system just "tags" discs, there will surely be someone who comes up with a way to remove these tags, I would think it is near impossible to not be able to do so.
