GP, you should really, really check out the EOS M. It's pretty awesome. Would suit you well with all your other kit too. I had a play today, and was seriously impressed.

I'm a full frame kind of guy. While I here it's pretty good (not sure about that view-finder focusing), I really can't justify it if it's a whole F-stop worse at high ISO processing than the RX1 (which I'm hearing it is, at least). I shoot like 80% of my stuff at 35mm these days... having a fixed lens is not that big of a deal to me. Also, 5 FPS. ;)

This is a really nice shot.
Would you mind sharing a high resolution copy to use as a wallpaper?

That's how I used to think until I looked in to real photography. I still remember getting my very first Digital Camera about 10 years ago. It was a Fuji FinePix with a 1.4 Mpixel sensor and no zoom. Oh man, I thought it was amazing. How far we've moved on. My current camera has a 18MPixel sensor. Even my phone has a 12MPixel Sensor.

Back on topic, I finally took a shot of the moon last night and what a beauty it is, I'll post it when I get home.

Fantastic. Looking forward to seeing it.

Thanks! Of course not. I'll put one up later when I get back from work.

And here is my first attempt at taking a photo of the moon. No post production has been done to his photo apart from cropping.

Wouldn't say it really needs anything other than white balance adjustment. Cracking shot, Yakumo :)

Your crows down there are pussies. Looks like it would take at least 3 to carry off a small child.

Havana, yeah we have somewhat normal crows unlike the mutant crows up in Tokyo. I remember seeing a rat in Shibuya station the size of a cat.

Yeah -- Tokyo has had mutant everything even before the nuclear meltdown. The crows are just the most visible. They usually leave me alone. I've been jogging in Yoyogi Park for years now, and I'm convinced they know me. There was clearly a "new guy" one time that started fucking with me. I cocked my fist and ran after him. He left me alone after that.

    Here's some randomness
