Life in Japan - Pictures galore !! Arcades, Temples, Rainy days, etc

It was a fun documentary for sure. It didn't tell me alot I didn't already know, I'm going to get the Arcade Mania book in the near future too.

 

You may have heard; it snowed in Tokyo (looking forward to GP's shots)

 

And boy, did it freaking snow. I made a snow cat that looks like Korin from Dragon Ball.

 

You luck bastards!! Do you know what the weather was like down here? Shit as always. I took this picture yesterday when the NTT guys came round to fit the new connection in.

I'm really tired of this heat wave.

 

I bet there are many Japanese who would love to trade places with you I'd love some real snow. We've not had real snow in this part of Japan for 5 years.

 

I wish we got snow here in reno but it dumped once and that has been it it's been 50-60 ast few weeks, and on another note I plan on taking a vacation to japan sometime this year or next year

 

I would have gone out w/ many rolls, but I went to LA for the weekend for my son's Bday. Looks like Martin did a fine job though! I took some good shots, but they were all of him. I actually got a pretty amazing one of him on the beach at Sunset on my phone. No filter either.

I took a couple of good ones last year, so I'll have to live w/ those. One was my single most popular photo ever... it made it to Explore, so got like 250 likes.

Back in Liverpool with all the arse heads in another city would actually be quite nice since it's a nice city but like most big cities in the UK it's full of ass wipes.

 

My Japanese phone weather app has as snowman on Friday & Saturday. (facepalm).

 

Take it with a pinch of salt. That app is pretty useless. It's had a snowman on the weather icon down here at least 10 times over the last few weeks but not once did it happen.

 

I meant that the weather in Liverpool is shit, which it is.

There are many ass-wipes in Japan, too. Especially Tokyo!

There are many ass wipes in Fukuoka City too Just as well I don't go there much. When I used to live back in Tokyo back in '98 & 99 it would be common to see nut cases punching lamp posts and the like, hahaha.

I find my Japanese weather apps quite accurate. I'm not using the default one though! Anyway, snow on the ground. So, maybe another chance to go out and take some photos. My main film camera is in the shop. Might take out the digital which i've not done in ages.

 

Well, today where I live it's just as dull and wet as always but at least where I work there's some snow but only if you live on the bloody mountain
