Look like a bit of homosxexual scat action going on in the above photo.

    As always, great photos, GaijinPunch.

Thanks. You know me -- any homo scat in the area and my spider sense starts tingling. ;)

Actually, the guy on the ground was out like a light. You know how the booze get flowing on Sunday afternoons during Hanami (even though it's barred in Shinjuku Gyoen, where I was). Anywho, he was posing for his friends to take the shot and I jumped in. The yawn was just icing on the cake!

Not so much a picture but a video I took while out on the piss last week. I've never noticed this water light show before.

    Filmed at around 11:30pm

As always mate, great images. I'm going to try a few night shots soon when I go to the big city. Around here there isn't much choice for neon night shots.

I know I'm late to the party, but the fake scat shot is amazing.

Neon everywhere here, as you know. What camera do you have? Mine has sick ISO processing, so I'm not afraid of really low light. I can even go to ISO 3200 w/o having to do too much cleanup, for most images.

Of course -- it's fake scat!!!

I don't have a really expensive camera but it is pretty good for it's range and better than quite a few more expensive DLSR cameras. I have a Panasonic GF2. I've done some pretty nice low light stuff on it but it can be a little noisey so lightroom fix ups are often required with really low light pictures.

Just came back from an 18 days trip to Japan.

Used an Xperia S to take some panoramic views, but for normal pictures I still prefer my TZ7 (compression is too high on the Xperia S for the moment... a pity...)

A few example of the panoramas I took:

Himeji Castle (they are currently restoring the roof)

    Kurashiki

I've been to that place in Yamaguchi although it was about 8 year or more ago. If I remember rightly, the top of that tower is gold.

Hmm... I don't remember seeing gold, but I was wearing sunglass most of the time, so... :)

One day I had to choose between going to Shimonoseki, or going to the manga souko in Yamaguchi... I chose for the latter :)
The Yamaguchi Manga Souko was a disappointment, but the one in Kure was interesting.

Ah, you went to the Manga Soko in Ube (Yamaguchi) Yeah, that is shit. The place is a right dump and they have a poor selection of games. You should have came to Shimonoseki then I could have taken you to the head Manga Soko in Minami Kokura (Shimosone). It is a million times better. It takes me about 40 minutes to get there from Shimonoseki by car.

Not the one in Ube, but in Yamaguchi-shi, near Yuda-onsen: http://www.mangasouko.com/yamaguchi/
    To give a comparison:
Manga Souko Yamaguchi: 10 Dreamcast games
Manga Souko Kure: a whole shelf of Dreamcast games 2m high x 1m wide

    Thanks for the invitation :)
One of my next trips to Japan could be a trip to Fukuoka -> Shimonoseki -> Hagi, Izumo, Matsue, ... so the Kokura branch will probably an intermediate stop :)

I was coming back from my son's school festival today when I saw a 30 odd year old woman pull up and parked this Bayonetta themed Toyota Vitz (Yaris) !!! I can't believe she would know Bayonetta.

Bayonetta on the sides, Toaru Kagaku no Railgun on the front and... an army of plushies or something inside. And that's the car of a woman of 30-something? That's... unexpected... and not necessarily in a negative way, IMO :p

I don't believe it! I saw the Bayonetta car again today at the beach plus I had my good camera with me so here it is again.

Seems like a hazard having all of those plushies near her windshield and those massive stickers on the back window... xD

That Bayonetta car! So weird/ awesome. Maybe the plushies will act as a super soft and pleasant airbag?

GaijinPunch- your photos are beautiful, man!
