I cannot find any information on these at all. They came in two versions, Pokemon Pokemon R Fire Red and Pokemon Pokemon Leaf green. There is a thread about the leaf green one on here from 2014 but the creator wasn't able to dump the game and I have not seen anything on the fire red version other than a candieevie video showing it off. If anyone has any info on these games, and if there is a possibility that they were dumped please let me know. I would also buy it from someone if that's a possibility

Which specific bootleg is this - there have been many bootleg versions of the various pokemon carts. The Fire Red/Leaf Green ones fall into two general categories - one are the carts that use flash memory for backup and use an unmodified original ROM image and the other are the ones that use battery backed SRAM and have had the save functions patched to support that.

I have a lot of pokemon bootlegs but you haven't provided enough information to tell if any are the ones you're looking for

Bootleggers could, and probably did, slap that label on whatever game they had. "Badly translated" narrows it down to every pokemon bootleg ever made. It's just not possible to work out exactly which one you're looking for without more information.

That should be enough to distinguish it. Next time I have someone digging through my bootlegs I'll ask them to pull out anything that looks promising and check those for that startup screen. Do you have any pics for the red version. I don't keep track this stuff but off the top of my head I'm sure I have a lot more red bootlegs than green.
