looking for media on the 3DO M2 prerendered or simulated demos

Nice stuff. I've also got two videos of the IMSA World Racing game on my ftp for those who don't know.

oh and i got something new for my m2 its on what the award stands dozens of pounds of m2 documentry must be around 40cm of papers if you put them over each other

btw. this is the award which was given to the member of the development team for the m2, i hope their are not so many out =)

much appreciated man. I would love to pour over some of those M2 documents as would others who were, and still are, interested in M2.

the M2 chipset, while not the GODLY chipset some made it out to be, was very robust consumer hardware (intended to be) and was clearly ahead of the curve compared to Sony's PS1 and Nintendo's '64. if 3DO was where they were in 1996 with M2, just think how far ahead of PS2, Cube and Xbox they would've been with M3 in 2000-2001, and now, M4 compared to Xbox 360 and PS3.

Well theirs a complete video of the footage those demos were taken from floating arround the net, but it is lower resolution and has no audio (iow, thanks for the link, its good stuff).

It gives me an error saying that the end of the file was reached prematurly, but based on the info the site its on gives I have the full thing.

I have a version of that movie (D2) that runs in any player thanks to a nice person from this board. Sorry, can't remember who it was. I'll add it to my FTP when I get home.

It isn´t the D2 video that I converted to avi (1 & 2), It´s a tech demo, I have it in AVI but without sound.

 

Yeah, I thinkit is. The resolution is quite low. It shows some looking at a wall.

I tried to make the best video I can, especially when the size of the uncompressed video is 3.30 GB but the one of the compressed video is 50.6 MB !

Well that confuses me even more however its one of the most amazing videos ive seen from D2 and from the M2!

Turns out the story was very different from what we thought it was.

 

Madroms, thank you so much for that video !! Even the first part of the movie has one or tow slightly different scenes from the version I posted pictures from. The second part of the movie throws me right off track though. How was Laura pregnant? So she was originally meant to be killed off with a new character taking the leading role? What does Dracula have to do with it all? Was he in the first game? I don't remember him being in it. There was a freak however

Very cool video. If those videos are running off of M2 hardware like you said then how are they 3.3 gigs? M2 uses regular CD media format so that would be 5 CD's worth for a 10 minute video.
