No way, green tea is like the best stuff for you in the world. Full of anti-oxidents and stuff like that.

Green tea is awesome and it tends to be one of the first things I look for when buying a drink. My university carried a Black/Green tea variation of Fuse (which are really good, anyway). It didn't taste fantastic, but by no means was it bad, and it's supposed to be really good for you.

When I skipped breakfast to make it to class on time, and I felt like being a big spender, I'd buy a $4 smoothie. They were really small, but they tasted fantastic and were really filling.

Exercise and rest is the best way to gain extra energy. If you can't exercise heavily then just go for a really long walk in the late evening, take a nice cold shower then go to bed. I promise you you will feel the benefits the day after.

All these energy drinks contain far too much caffine and sugar. Stay away. As Nitro said, Vitamin B is a great energy source. Eat fresh fruit and fish where you can. A solid breakfast will always set you up for the day.

    Take care of yourself pal

Well according to some scientist drinking it could could give you liver damage and internal bleeding. But they said it only affects some people.
But I guess it's just a exaggeration like when they said that potato chips could give you cancer and it later turned out that it was the acrylamide that could give you it but chips contained so small amounts of it that it was near impossible.

    buy the CULT

You can get them here in three different falvours, this one you can see.

A fruit version, or a CULT Cola version.

    their homepage.

    http://www.cult.nu/index.php

and you could buy this instead, if they don´t have CULT.

here is a wikipedia list over energy drinks.

    energy drinks containing guarana

    list of "normal" energy drinks

If you drink two half liters CULT drinks, then you are going to be like on speed, so be VERY careful with those drinks.

    Small penis FTW!

Have you seen those new REM watches? those supposedly wake you up in the best possible moment so you wont feel tired nor heavy.

NOS has as much taurine as Red bull.

If you have ANY heart issues I would recommend you stop drinking NOS and any similar drink immediately.

Good foods (i do not mean the taste, see?)

    Some rest, some exercise.

It's perfectly logical that you may be tired after illness.

take you time to recover ;)

Those little 5 hour energy drinks work pretty well but made me kind of jittery.

I don't know if they have them in the USA but there is a very nice one here in the UK called Relentless. Dont get the orange flavored on though.
