Mega Man Legacy Collection Announced (PS4, Xbox One, 3DS, and PC)

My mistake, I thought it was recorded like how modern games are.

 

I thought I'd bump my old topic instead of making a brand new one on the same subject. I had been interested in the Legacy Collection, but the Steam reviews are more mixed than I expected. People are reporting crashes and input lag, which are two things that would absolutely ruin the experience.

I figured I'd check in here and see if anyone was an early adopter of the collection, and, if so, what kind of issues have been experienced.

 

Get it on a console, no crashes or input lag

 

It's neat, but a bit redundant. It'll be nice to have 1-6 in one collection but I'll be a lot more interested if/when they put out a translated SFC R&F and not the GBA version. That or a collection of 1-5 on the Gameboy.

 

All of the GB games are on the 3DS eShop.

As are MM 1-6, which is why I can't justify buying this collection.

 

Nor can I. Particularly because I've had MM 1-3 on my 3DS for quite a while (like two years now), and the price of getting the Legacy Collection or getting MM4-6 on the Virtual Console would be exactly the same for me ($15). And even with a N3DSXL, I'm really not gonna get much out of an art gallery on a 240p screen.

I tell you what though, if this collection had the Wily Wars for MM1-3 instead of the NES originals, I'd start listening.

 

Or if they'd remake MM 4-6 in the style of Wily Wars

 

Like NES Remix? If yes, then it's been justified

 

They do an NES Remix thing in this?

Hummm... then yeah, I might would snag it for that.

 

Yeah there's a slew of challenges that are the Mega Man take on NES Remix.
