Heard of anybody actually being bricked?

Or just the usual fear mongering ...

I would test that by a WP nand and update a pre-summer nxe to summer nxe. with efuse removed.

There isn't much to leak from pnet tbh.....the only noteworthy game recently has been super meat boy.

I'll check if I get bricked in ten minutes when I get home...it's got r6t3 removed and I've got a nand backup, plus my kit only stands me at £80 so I'll take one for the team if it's true

Well I went on pnet downloaded a random game, played online and talked to a friend, turned off the system and unplugged it.... Turned
    back on with no problems.

    just scare mongering imo

Nobody is getting bricked MS is just moving all their content to a nice secure area where dumbasses can't access it while just banning PN. Even if your worried go reference my thread. Still Microsoft can disable a kit without blowing efuses but more on that if it ever comes to a mass wave instead of just targeting which is what MS has been doing lately. Best thing to do right now is just wait for these morons who never learn their lesson to get banned. Nobody listened to me the first time, I doubt trying to warn them off a second time well do anything. What ever happens happens, fuck it.

I don't see why they are moving all the content, why don't they just do what capcom did with Flocks! And password protect the game... Then they can sit back and laugh when the idiots download a 4gig game for it to be useless

Passwords aren't the problem...it's when all key-presses are disabled on the Start screen. :p

Oh, ho? You like writing tutorials, right? You should write one on re-enabling key-presses on Start screens.
