Microsoft has access to the specific part (the Ethernet/USB combo) so can easily replace a broken one, I have the part number and I know the manufacturer but if you go to the site it says " only Microsoft representatives can order this product"....... So you see by making a unique part and only licencing certain repair centres to officially repair the system they have full control of the product. Or so they think :thumbsup:
