here is a list of articles i've created so far (people start to work harder!): http://assemblergames.com/wiki/dogatemysnes/pmwiki.php?n=PmWiki.SNESCDROM http://assemblergames.com/wiki/dogatemysnes/pmwiki.php?n=PmWiki.Pulstec http://assemblergames.com/wiki/dogatemysnes/pmwiki.php?n=Main.BSF-Zero2 http://assemblergames.com/wiki/dogatemysnes/pmwiki.php?n=Main.Satellaview and more will come EDITED: i've just noticed that i created a page with a misprint Vaporwave instead of Vaporware... how do i correct a topic name? ** I wound up moving them around a bit, please add yourself to the article as writer.
To fix the mistake, write "delete" and save Close out the page. Then make anew one spelled correctly. People, Don't include prices, it gets outdated.
I finished a decent first version of my PS2 HDD FAQ. I don't know where to put it. It has info on the official HDD, and unofficial uses like HD Loader, and so on. I was think about putting it on the Game Hardware page, but it's not unreleased, obscure or prototype information.
ehy assembler, i was thinking of re-writing some parts of the old roarvgm as i did with the satellaview.. is it fine for you? and i wanted to ask if there is a reason for the images in that topic to be vanished even tought the links are still there EDITED: I forgot, is it possible to upload pictures to the wiki?
Added pics on the main page of the Satellaview page (The Satellaview Bios Load Screen) and more games with links to more pics! I'll add more later... http://assemblergames.com/wiki/dogatemysnes/pmwiki.php?n=Topics.Satellaview
hey! tell me you didn't mess up with the pictures that disappeared! still i don't understand why they aren't showing... anyway... added a page about the 3do m2 http://assemblergames.com/wiki/dogatemysnes/pmwiki.php?n=Topics.3DOM2
I tried some stuff, then I realized the Satellaview page was no longer showing h: ! I found what I did wrong and quickly changed it back, phew! As for the pics, I never saw them before I added some work. Sorry about that. Edit - Whenever I go back to the page from another page using the Back command, it displays the image. Whenever I refresh the page though, it does not display.
don't worry man! it's christmas and i'm forgiving obviously i'm joking... still i can't understand that...
the pictures from roarvgm seems to be disappearing from the wiki... any idea to resolve the problem? anyway i hope everything will be back alright and i give everybody a merry christmas!
I have no idea how to work that thing.....and I dont have anything to contribute other than general information I'm sure other people know easily enough. Am I missing something? The entire thing is just confusing the hell out of me.
Yeah :icon_bigg. I'll try sometime maybe after the 26th in that whole Bandai section. I still have some info from my (now deceased) rom site... almost older than ASSEMblergames . Merry Christmas, and happy Hanukkah everyone!
Created a topic in Technical Data called "PlayStation 2 HDD: Official and Unnoficials uses" But i haven't added the article there, since it has lots of images. Didn't figured out how to use the text formats and image upload. Assembler, send me your e-mail through PM, so i can send you the article, and you host the pics the way you want. Merry Christmas to all
I'd reallly like to contribute something to this, since I feel like I've gotten a lot out of these forums but haven't been able to provide anything useful, but all I really know anything about and have access to are some of the kiosks (NES, SNES, N64, PS, SMS, a few others). Would information about those be interesting/worth writing something up about?
As far as i'm concerned, kiosks are rare. Plus they're dificult to maintain (not as bad as arcades, but still...). It's nice to have information on them such as where to get spare parts and how to clean the stickers off of 'em and such...
Well, I don't know how much information I could put together on getting spare parts (although I agree that that would be useful information - I know I could at least give info on the specific odd light bulbs that some of them use, but again, I don't how useful that would be), but I do have manuals for a couple of them that explain the dip switch settings and how to turn on "free play" mode for those that aren't very intuitive. I figured at the very least I could provide some general information on a group of them and put up pictures of some of their "innards," maybe even get around to dumping the contents of the Nintendo Power Previews VCD, that sort of stuff.
