    I wish they would just release the Fatal Frame 4 (wii) outside of Japan. :(

    Though the 3DS game does sound neat, I prefer playing on a TV for this kind of game.

    The 'Extended Slide Pad' is finally official and priced at ¥1500 ($19.50/£12.30). So no external battery or anything like that, it really is just an oversized chunk of plastic with a couple of extra buttons and a analogue pad.

    Bet they charge 20 quid for it here too.

    Funny fact: That add-on needs in fact a battery (single AAA battery).

    -> Joystiq

    That new slide pad makes me question what is Nintendo thinking? :banghead: Seems they rushed the 3DS without looking at the possibility to have the second slide pad in the first place. One of Nintendo's worst add on's ever I'd say.

    Downloaded the conference 3D trailers to my 3DS, the new fatal frame game looks really nice. I love the augmented reality stuff that goes with it, the way the pages in the book you have in front of you warp & appear like it's alive is a very cool gimmick, in one part of the trailer a ghostly hand reaches out of the book & tries to get you. For a handheld horror it looks pretty creepy, the new miku hatsune game looks fun & that rhythm thief game as well. Not too sure on the new mario or the rest but theres at least a few titles to get my interest.

    yeah, that's one nintendo add-on that wasn't thought-out during the console's design.. There's a total lack of focus, looks cheap and tacked on.

    The list of games that support the extra slide pad include what I was looking forward to (metal gear 3d), I really hope it's not necessary to have it just to play certain games.

    Saw this shit, couldn't believe my eyes

    Lets look at the list of fuckups nintendo made with the 3DS

    -Shitty resistive screen when even cheap chinese phones have capacitive

    -No games worth a damn at launch

    -Abysmal battery life (ironic, after all the crap they said about the PSP)

    -Underpowered HW (a classic, just like the DS, GBA and GBC before it)

    -Priced like the Wii at launch, when even that one was overpriced.

    Of all these problems they decide to address the lack of a second analog, something NOBODY was complaining about :banghead:
