Libero Grande ( pretty cool soccer game - Arcade conversion ) Gunners Heaven Colony Wars Destruction Derby Raw Star Gladiator Rollcage Those are the ones i remember right now.
agent armstrong proboably.. great game and fucking rare (especially if you dont want the german release). dunno if it was released outside of PAL territory.. ed: AA wasent a capcom game tho, you might be thinking of something else..
Gunners Heaven is so nice but only somewhat destroyed by the homing gun which kind of makes it a little easy. Still its awsome and I have it on my ps3 (got it from jpn psn network).
That's the one! Cheers :icon_bigg I guess the Capcom confusion arose from it being a Virgin release. I played it on a demo disc with a load of Capcom games on it that were being published by Virgin, so I guess Virgin included this game demo on there too.
still have that demo too.. offical UK mag was the best back in the days, you just cant beat a demo with a dozen playable games every month for £3.50 or whatever it cost ray: mag was pretty thick too. theres a cheat to play 3 or 4 different levels in that demo btw.. dont remember it right now tho, its a great game anyways, very different!!
It was always a fiver, which I found a bit steep. The only real reason I bought it was for the demo disc, but it was worth it ultimately, especially when they put the Yaroze demos on the disc. Other games overlooked: Bishi Bashi Special Bust-A-Groove (I think this was the US title too) Einhander Hogs of War Ace Combat games Blazing Dragons The Capcom vs. series got panned for the conversion being crippled but the games on their own are pretty good actually, as fighters go. Well worth buying.
This game is one of my all time favourites, me and one of my friends still get so competitive playing this one. Pie throw anyone
That's a cool game Codeman ! It's a kinda of Chase HQ clone. Was it released in NTSC|U/C ? Gotta have this one.
I second Einhander! One of my all-time favourite games, actually. Bastards never released a PAL version. Also, i'd like to mention Ore No Ryouri (sp?). That kicks ass.
How about Umihara Kawase Shun (Fish and girl) I`ve never been able to find a copy but the gameplay looks amazing a but repetitie though. Reminds me of a whole game based on the bungee cord in Worms. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PRBAZLgwtwg Theres only one on ebay and it`s $250
Umihara Kawase Shun is genius - everyone should own it. But 250 is crazy, try 4000 yen in Japan. Also EVERY game on the following site - http://users.pandora.be/twin-dreams/Sony_Systems.html Harmful park is perhaps the best out of that list @ 10000 yen ish in Japan
Chippoke Ralph No Daibouken looks like a really decent platformer. It`s a real shame a lot more of these 2D titles didnt get a EU or even US release, A decent 2D game is timeless.
That game was awsome (i was actualy just thinking about it while reading this topic again but before I saw your post). The first one on SNES is also really good. http://users.pandora.be/twin-dreams/Super_Famicom/Umiharakawase.html Wicked video, I never could figure out the 4th level. I wish they would make a new one for ps2/psp.
I remember reading lots about Klonoa too.. never tried it myself thought =/ Anyone here that can recommend it?
Ehrgeiz? I've only hear bad things about it Another one that comes to my mind when you mentioned it is Star Wars: Masters of Teräs Käsi ^^
I picked this game up the other day for a £1. Looks pretty sweet, but giving all my time to Super Pang Collection just now
