Petition to Save Winamp!

Winamp 2 was awesome. From 3.0 on, it sucked.

Now that I have everyone's attention, stand in awe of the following statement:
Eudora is still around.

Saw that earlier today, I do not know anything about the company that bought it.

 

I thought it was died since 3.0 too... It was terrible. Never tried since then.

 

I stuck to Lite version Classic skin since forever, did not notice all those things people say about winamp since version 3.

 

Is it me or do I miss the 'repeat track' option in classic skin?
Still using Winamp myself. Light, fast, simple. Haven't seen anything else yet that comes near to my likings.

Speaking of things I'm surprised are still around: Final Fantasy XI.

 

after 3, they released 5 - which was pretty much 2 with the odd thing that was decent from 3. 2 + 3 = 5
