I've already heard and seen people talking about this in a few places. This happened after I added the "site donor" group. I really don't want to have to scrap this and start over. I have a good idea who isn't reading and following the guidelines. The primary rule is whatever is discussed here stays here. By discussing this, you put some of these sensitive projects at extreme risk. I would hate to have to exclude a lot of people from further efforts. Once a project here is done, it is moved into the public domain. Until it is released and can be discussed, I ask that you refrain from discussing this in any way at another location. -ASSEMbler
Make sure that these people are excluded from this section. The rules are simple enough to follow them. Maybe we should do a summary on all previous releases debacles like Propeller Arena, Sonic Xtreme last year. Some people just don't get it...or don't care:banghead: Sabre
I can believe it. Just remove whoever is found flapping their gums and give them a beating. A list of offenders may/may not be a good idea, depends on how many vigilante types are here.
I would prefer to give them the opportunity to reconsider. Less of the iron boot, more of the guiding hand.
This is a real shame and who ever it is should stop right now as ASSEMBler has been kind to give you a second chance. Please don't spread anything people I know I wont
Well I see that new members are posting here. Ones that haven't been in the forums for so long.. I'm not saying you can't trust them, but they don't know what happened before last time Xtreme was up for sale here.
The honor system is great for the snack box in the company break room, but it gets sticky when you can't actually keep tabs on anyone who is privvy to sensitive info once they leave this site. Without bringing up names I'd like to remind us all that we have had assholes in our midst before. Lying in wait for a chance to sow seeds of division and mistrust. Trust with great caustion is all I'm saying.
Actually I have been a watcher on this forum for years and since the old site. I decided to join this year because I wanted to be part of the site. Also I do know what happened last time it spread very fast on to the internet and the site was flooded with random people. Hopefully this way it wont happen again this time
Bloody hell, its ashame some can't resist keeping thier mouth closed for a while. To be in such a community as this, and to have been brought into this little section as we all have, its a true honor. I'm very excited about the future of this little community we have here, and hopefully we will get more releases of diffrerent unreleaded / beta games, and hopefully the return of the FTP server. Assembler, your the man, i'm impressed by the way you handle the site, and how you'll go so much out of your way to help others and keep things nice. People, please follow the such simple rules of being here, its better for all of us Thanks everyone
On the contrary, I had been reading this forum for quite some time and just recently reread the entire Xtreme history. My lips are sealed.
If i'm not mistaken, since this new board started. So, quite a long time  Thanks by the way
