Yup I certainly have. I use to own a JVC Wondermega RG-M1, but the back serial port for the modem was a little melted and hacked away a little (god knows what someone was doing hacking away at a Wondermega). Other than that and the colour differences can't say I notice any difference, although I do miss the Wondermega Collection CD :-( .

As for how much I paid...too much...:-( £400 inc shipping and Sonic CD :-( but hey, I gots myself a nice Chrimbo pressy :icon_bigg

EDIT: You got to love the English Sega put on their games / consoles. This is on the back of Sonic & Knuckles box:

Anyway, just bought myself a "broken" PS2 for a total of $50 including shipping. Only problem it has, according to the seller, was it wouldn't play certain games, not all of them, only certain purple/silver colored discs. That means it can be fixed, and thats something I can do.

Next thing to buy for it are a Svideo cable, controller, and network adaptor. Then I can play all of my PS2 games, finally.

 

You got a great deal there mate ! I bet the guy who sold it to you must be crying around about now :crying: But that guy just won a Mint boxed Japanese Mark 1 Mega CD so maybe he's not too sad but he will miss his baby :nod:

I spent some time this morning with all the out of stock 98p games they have registering
my e-mail address` if they ever come back in stock....which I doubt but hey!

 

my second Saturn FDD, third Keyboard, 2nd new arcade stick turned up yesterday along with my old stock (never used brand new basically) Sanyo 3DO Try box set... Oh there were other few small items as well like official smoke black DC case top, Hori PS dual analog stick box set, Cotton omake ocha cup (to be add'd to missus collection)...

I will see whether I can take some pictures tonite...

Got a nice copy of Waku Waku 7 though the post the other day and the very nice XMD-3 which allows you to connect a Mega Drive 2 (or anything with a bit of hacking) and get a pure RGB signal from it !! Works amazingly well !! I even used it on my TFT monitor !! Out puts include S-Video, 15 pin to VGA (15kHz), 21 pin Scart and 8 pin Din. There's also audio L&R out and a screw marked TOWNS MODE which I guess is for the FM Towns.
