I think a lot of people here would`ve paid that much for it and then a lot more on top.

    Picked this up today:

It cost me $120AU for the lot. Usually I couldn't care about a cube at that price.. but it comes with Wind Waker [Still goes for $70], Twilight Princess [Very Rare, usually $100], Pokemon XD [usually $60], Smash Bros [usually $60], Mario Sunshine [$40], and Soul Calibur II [$25]. Not to mention the cube itself [$50-70]

So $120 Vs. $415. I made the right choice. Some of the cases were broken, but I bought spares some time ago.

But MAN did this thing give me a case of the "Adelaide"'s. Adelaide is the major city in South Australia and I'm finding far many people knowing other people I know. We have a population of roughly 1 million.

This package was in the paper. Somehow it ended up being the guy who I work with's ex-girlfriend, who also used to work at the same store I do, who also knows a bunch of people I'm not hanging around with regularly. And she's now a Lesbian [Not good for friends self-esteem since they were engaged :lol ].

    Damn you, Adelaide.

100 euros shipped, I think that is pretty decent, if it works though.

Today I also got a Twin Famicom (with broken Disk drive), original Famicom with disksystem (broken too), and a boxed SCPH-9002. :)

Just picked up a retail 360 Premium, with power supply but no HDD or controller for £30 (not working). Brought it home, plugged it in and the only thing that appears to be faulty is the DVDr, it boots up fine.

It has been opened by the guy who owns the store, he thought it just needed a clean. However it's in minty fresh condition inside. Not a speck of dust at all.

Bought quite a lot of stuff the last few weeks with most of it being Saturn however I can't remember where I've put them now ! Still here's some shots of other stuff I bought over the last two weeks.

Some Dreamcast games including factory sealed Kaptial and Guru Guru Onsen 3. Also found a new copy of the What's Shenmue Video for about 10 pence !

This next item I've been forcing myself not to buy for years now because I know that once I have one I'll be buying stuff for it left right and center. It is of course a mint in box Super Famicom !

And of course a load of mint in box games to go with it. I'm going to make it a rule that any SFC game bought must be mint and complete. That should save me buying a load of crap.

All the games in this buy I ones I like - Hagane, Vortex (ok slow game but kick arse soundtrack that was well worth the 200 yen it cost), Battle Master, Power Instinct, Super Aleste. Phalanx and Yuu Yuu 2.

I happen to be a huge fan of all SFC/SNES packaging, partly becuase of the box art, but mainly due to it being cardboard! I find that plastic CD/DVD style cases just don't have the same appeal and definately do not have the same shelf presence when showing off your collection! I was gutted when Nintendo opted for the plastic approach for the DS and the Wii :crying:

As for the SFC, I've been wanting one for ages, but like Yakumo I want mint and for that reason I've never bought one. Yakumo, if you stumble across another, feel free to drop me a line, although I'm guessing P&P would be a knightmare to the UK....

SFC and MegaDrive cases/covers are the best in the history of gaming.

Everytime i see complete japanese games of those systems it brings a smile in my face.

Oh yeah the SFC colors always bring back some fond memories...

Nice catches Yakumo, Phalanx is quite challenging, I have the US version with the amazingly off topic artwork...love the artwork on Super Alester though...
