Hopefully £0 like my PS2, I admit the hardware on the PS3 seems to be rock solid so I will probably have a hard time to get faulty one for free to repair.

There was a German eBay auction I should have posted for a laugh. It was a damaged PS3, which went under a curious description that suggested the unit had fallen down a flight of stairs and then into some water... the lord alone knows the truth, but it was totalled! The case was missing and it really looked like someone had taken a car and flattened it.

The disney demo is factory sealed and i cant find anything about it on the web. sced-03923

Got myself an xbox as a late xmas present for myself last week.

No, you saw right a god ol' black box! It doesn't matter to much for me since I got it really cheap and the games where pretty good (even Galleon if you see past the horrible graphics and design).

Great stuff and some fine games there as well, jade empire is an amazing western RPG, riddick is a nice fps game with some stunnig graphics and lighting plus they got the chara design of vin diesel spot on!, and broken sword is a nice game, not as good as the 1st 2 of the series, but still entertaining non the less!

I managed to obtain 8 Playstation 2 Test units of various regions (NTSC J, NTSC U/C & PAL) which previously belonged to VIS Entertainment the now defunkt development house reponsible for 'State of Emergency'. Bought out by BAM Entertainment, they folded in 2005 and these units were auctioned off in a liquidation sale. All but 2 are working (new lasers required).

I've kept the 'unique' units (i.e. depending on the DTL #'s) and sold the rest off at cost price elsewhere.

    Yeah, I'd liked one too.

How much did it set you back if you don't mind telling Parris?

Was that why DIDN'T? I know the seller very well and tbh I have actually kept the vast majority as they were all very varied. Two were immediately spoken for and the 2 Japanese units that require new lasers ARE still currently available, as someone has pulled out. This isn't the sales thread however so I shouldn't say too much here.

I sold AWAY from AG as I thought this weekend I would be competing with the AG Auction.... sorry folks, I was expecting a lot of competition and dealt with things elsewhere!
