    94,97,99,00,01,02,03 lol.

I never expected the newer releases to be so expensive but then I just learned that '03 got a 500 print run and we all know that the guys on neo-geo.cock have 4 copies each, one to play wearing rubber gloves and the other three sealed to cum all over with a solid gold rolex up their ass.

Anyway I digress. Next week I should have a bit of cash spare to get 94 and 97 (95 can wait because I don't like it), but i'm also tempted to pick SvC Chaos so I may sacrifice the funds as there are a few places it's "cheap" to pick up in comparison to ebay and I don't know how long that will last.

Limey, after having spend multiple times in the Pachinko hall trying to learn the game, I still fail miserably. Please tell me, how do you play Pachinko properly?

You twist the handle until you find a spot where the balls go into the central gate more often and you hold it there... that's basically it... You could buy a Pachinko machine quite cheap and play that...

    Basically... what Jamtex said!

Ok - to expand on that slightly - you try to get the balls to drop into the various little pockets on the playfield - this gets you a reward in the form of extra balls given back. On the newer machines with LCD displays, dropping a ball into the center pocket rewards you with a with a slot-machine style mode where you can win many more balls. The only real skill element is that you control the speed at which the balls are shot onto the playfield & also the rate at which balls are fired - you try to find the speed/rate of fire, whereby more balls drop into the pockets (preferably, the center one).

It's a form of (semi) legalised gambling in Japan, since you can exchange the balls back (indirectly) to the parlour for cash.

With the newer machines, like you, I failed pretty miserably when I played in Japan, since I usually ran out of balls long before I figured my aim/how that particular machine played. The nice thing about having one at home, is that you can just keep feeding it balls forever, until you work it out. It becomes an oddly hypnotic way of wasting time (when you don't run out of balls after 20 seconds!).

As Jamtex said, you can pick up used machines (ebay/web stores) fairly cheaply, but the shipping is usually expensive. I got mine locally off craigslist/for sale newsgroups.

Here it is, unfortunately with a lot of scratches.

    Haven't tested the unit yet.

Good to see an MDI hooked up to the MCDII I really don't like the MDII from a design stand point. It's worth having the MDI for the headphone jack alone, just never put headphones in your ears when the slider is on max. It will kill you.

Really? I much prefer the looks of the MD2 to the MD1 and the 32x looks much better when sitting on a MD2 then a MD1.

I think it has something to do with growing up in the 90s and having every electron thing be jet black with simple curves or sharp edges.

    Made in ORE hahah
Obviously the Wario series are popular enough to release games without even having Wario on it. Is that a recent release?

Yeah so it's sealed, so what? You could be knocked over by a bus tomorrow and then you'll never know how fun it was.
