I've got a pair like them although mine are Bose AE2, not QE2. Slightly bigger I think than the QE2 with a more sealed cup. Great pair of cans though. Comfortable and so life like is sound reproduction.

Anything that is Bose is quality, I believe the AE2 are slightly bigger as well (cuping the ear). These OE2's are pretty small and are "on ear" headphones. I got these one's because they were easy to go outside with and transport (they fold up nicely).

Famicom Junior, Famicom Disk system, Supaboy, Super Famicom, Super Gameboy and a handful of games.

Loving Japan right now, but don't have a clue how this is getting home in one suitcase.

I got this off ebay last week.
I am quite pleased with the price because I was watching an auction a couple off weeks ago for just the linux disc in the box which was used and the auction ended at £46.
So I got the entire kit including postage for less than some poor guy paid for just the linux cd.

    Very nice find!

What's that piece in the upper left of the photo? Also, do you have plans for what to do with this (development?), or are you just going to use it as a general PC?

I remember hooking this up to my TV back in like 2004... It's very convenient to have a computer hooked up to your TV :)

Do you mean the disc in the top left corner? That's just a standard network access disc.
An I will have a go at developing with it, I saw a website a while ago with some good info on how to develop using Linux on the PS2.
Other than that I will just keep it as part of my collection, I wont bother using it as a general PC, I have got too many computers lying around.
There are 2 other complete Linux kits on ebay UK which are used but come with all the original boxes and the sellers are asking just under £300.
I know that is a bit steep but for £40 including shipping I think I got a bargain, just a shame I haven't got any of the boxes.

Batman Arkham City GOTY @ £4.99 in the Steam Summer Sale.

I already bought the base game from ASSEMbler in 2011 sans the DLC, but the code was for a non-Steam / DRM free version. I really wanted the Steam cloud game save feature and the DLC would be nice to have so I re bought it. Worked out cheaper than buying the DLC for the other version so meh!

How are you coping with the steam sale? I'm trying to resist... my wallet begs me!! LOL! But so far only bought 3-4 games.

I didn't have any plans for buying anything during the sale but I'm already -$20 so I hope I can resist for the remainder or else I'm going to run out of spending money. :witless:

Given as I have 200+ games on Steam already already there is not much more I want or need, but I have still spent more than I'd like to right now lol. I'd like Bioshock Infinite at some point, but by the time I get around to playing the first two Bioshocks, Inifite should be nice and cheap.

Whilst we are at it though, I also got FEZ @ £3.50 in the Steam Summer Sale. Awesome game!

I also re bought Deus Ex Human Revolution @ £3.44, albeit this time for the Augmented edition extras.

I've done one play through of Mark of the Ninja and unlocked the new game plus mode so I think I'll be giving that a go too. Certainly well worth the £2.99!
