It's a metal topper for a playchoice-10 cabinet to advertise new games. Quite nice :)

Last night I purchased the Humble Origin Bundle which included:

Dead Space (owned Steam version wanted again for Cloud save)
Burnout Paradise The Ultimate Box (already owned)
Crysis 2 Maximum Edition (owned standard edition)
Mirror's Edge (owned Steam version wanted again for Cloud save)
    Dead Space 3
    Medal of Honor
    Battlefield 3 (already owned)
The Sims 3 + Starter Pack

I gave 45% to The Human Rights Campaign to hopefully help make some Americans less retarded, 45% to watsi because they at least operate globally, not limited to just America like the other charities and a 10% tip to Humble themselves.

LeGIt, just for curiosity purposes, how many games you have on Steam / Origin?

275 or so I think. But minus 250 or so as I told valve to get stuffed. I also have a shitload of games on my PSN account.

Valve make some excellent games as a developer, but when it comes to Steam their customer service pretty much ignore every single law of the land so I've had to lodge a complaint with the relevant ombudsman to give them a well deserved slap, but that is a story best reserved for another thread.

Just as a FYI, I already gave away my spare Origin keys :p

I actually thought you had more than that.

As for Origin keys, that's fine. Have no interest on Origin whatsoever.

I took a trip down to Manga Soko tonight after work. It was a good night to visit. Seems like they just stocked up on some new titles.

    I got the following lot.

SFC - All Japan GT Senshuken (Brand New!)
    SFC - Sengokudennsho (Mint)
SFC - Shien The Blade Chaser (Mint)
    MD - Strider (Brand New!)
360 - Left 4 Dead (Chinese version with English text and voices)

What's really sad about the Japan GT game is that it features Mine Racing Circuit which is only 1 hours drive from my house but it's now owned by Mazda who closed it down to make it in to a test track for their cars. The bastards! 13 years back I actually drove on that course as part of a track day. Here's what it looks like now from Google maps.

Yeah, i remember you posting pictures of the circuit. From the outside that is.

Anyway, at least it's still there. Jacarepaguá (used for F1, CART and MotoGP) which was 15 minutes from where i live, is now completely destroyed because of the 2016 Olympics.

Man, that's sad. There's very few places where drivers can legally let loose these days. They either close them or sell them to motor companies. The government should open up a track. That would really keep driving enthusiasts happy and stop them racing on public roads. I believe they do this in the states with drag racing.

Bought this because it just looked so cool and felt great in my hands. Actually works really well.

It's an Android Bluetooth controller that comes with a phone stand that can be attached to the controller making it in to a hand held.

I just bought a 23" Philips 234E5QHAB/00 IPS monitor with MHL to upgrade/replace/consolidate my 17" Old School TFT, my 21.5" LED TN monitor and my 37" 720p/1080i LCD TV.

    498138-484442-800.jpg

I was tempted by the 27" version but given as my new room will be smaller and I'd like a reasonable amount of pixels per inch, on balance 23" shall suffice and as a bonus it is £70 cheaper too. Now I need to sell my other screens to free up space for my house move and to pay for their replacement :p

EDIT: I also bought several films from the Google Play store.

    Iron Man HD
    The Incredible Hulk HD
    Iron Man 2 HD
Captain America The First Avenger HD
    Thor HD
    Avengers Assemble HD
    Iron Man 3 HD

Believe it or not whilst I saw half of those films either in the cinema or on *cough* pirate *cough* I never got around to buying them on DVD or Bluray. I guess technically I still haven't, but at least I legally own copies in one form or another now.

Nice addition. Multi-monitor setup i imagine?

That's a superhero movie package you got there. Better grab some popcorn too.

The SixAxis or DualShock 3 works great on any android device. You should check that :)

Nope I'm selling off my other 3 screens and this single new monitor will replace all of them as I will need to save space.

I was watching a film with my mum the other day and she said she hadn't seen The Incredible Hulk, Captain America The First Avenger, Thor or Iron Man 3 yet so I bought the lot so we can go through the whole Avengers series in order together.

I've also just gone and bought an N900 Router too. I know WiFi 802.11ac is prematurely out now, but it is quite expensive to get started and I have no compatible devices, nor do I plan to buy any just yet. The extra streams from N900 dual band for multiple devices etc will still be a huge upgrade over my existing N150 & N300 routers anyhow.

Yup, I don't think drag racing caught on elsewhere in the world. It's a cheap way to get into racing, it's not a huge expense to slap a 1/4 mile of pavement and add some metal bleachers/stands. (when compared to a road course) There are tons of them in the U.S and they are very popular. Usually for amateurs like me it's $20 for an all day pass which lets you run on the track as many times as you can fit in during the day.

When compared to the road course in my area, you can see why drag racing caught on. First you need car inspection and driving school which is about $200+, then most day passes are $120+. For amateur days there is no passing allowed unless waived on by the forward driver. (sort of defeating the fun of "racing") Drag racing is pretty much race what you bring, compete with whoever is the other lane, and for $20 I can't think of much better way to get into racing.
