Deus Ex Human Revolution - Director's Cut

I've already owned the original game via OnLive, on Steam as the standard edition + DLC even going so far as to complete the game on the hardest difficulty unarmed + hacking everything, On Steam again as the Augmented Edition and now 4th time lucky for the Director's cut. Heck I even own the Original Soundtrack on Google Play just to listen to Icarus and the Opening Credits when the mood strikes!

I'm not expecting to find drastic improvements, but I just love the game and I'd like to experience the changes and New Game+ to get every last upgrade for Adam Jensen to make him the all round bad ass he was always destined to be!

Holly shit, I've been spending big money on Mega Drive games this week. Just check out these beauties!

Hehe, to tell the truth only Golden Axe 1, 3, Bare Knuckle 3 and World Heroes are mint originals. The rest of the stuff are reproduction carts. I bought a set of 10 knock off Chinese carts from China. All I wanted was the PCBs and since they cost like a quid each and have free shipping I was all for the deal. So the PCBs arrived earlier this week so I gutted a load of shitty Mega drive sport and RPG games, replaced the PCBs for the Chinese ones then set about building by hand all the cartridge stickers and most of the covers too. Finding quality scans of rare Mega Drive covers is hard so many I had to build my self. For the cartridges I've tried to make them as close as possible to the real cartridges unlike other reproduction carts I've seen that just slap on the actual game cover on to the cartridge.

Just to show that I did actually build the covers and stickers :)

I'm thinking of putting in another order for some more rare titles. I will in the future buy the originals when money isn't an issue. The really sad thing is that out of those repros I did actually own 6 of them before my son was born. I had to sell an awful lot of rare games to pay for various baby stuff. 6 years later and the cost of buying them all back has pretty much doubled :(

Top work with those Yakumo, same questions where were the carts from? And what programme did you use to create the stickers? Cheers

I'm on my phone right now so I can't give any links but I bough them from a sell at Aliexpress. Sort of like a Chinese Amazon.

The program used to make the case covers and cart stickers was good old photo shop. The cart stickers are printed on to label paper. Just level off the back and stick the print on to any surface.

Being able to type Japanese is also handy. The covers above for Vampire Killer, Snow Brown and Gley. Lancer all had their spines made from scratch. I used the originals as a template then recreated them in a high enough resolution for printing.

Just hope you never sell them to anyone, even if it was for production cost only. There are already enough well-made fakes out there of Eliminate Down, Gleylancer and other popular titles :(

If I was to sell them they would be clearly marked as reproduction and not original in the auction/sales thread. As it is, they're not for sale. Just for my own personal use and enjoyment.

There are quite a few sellers doing Mega Drive stuff.. These ones should cost $10each with a minimum order of 10 games. The store was called Ben Ben if you actually go to the seller's site.

The PC boards are the typical glob top n a small board that is attached to a plastic "holder" which allow them to fit inside of the Mega Drive cart. The boards are OK quality if not a little thick but the plastic cases as mentioned are pretty nasty.

Given as my 3 year old mid range PC will still smoke the upcoming Xbox One and PlayStation 4 and I've rarely spent any time gaming this year it may not be the best time to upgrade my PC, but after some deliberation for several weeks I settled on treating myself to an nVidia GTX 760.
