Post everytime you buy something game related and your unbelievable deals

It's the worst because the Wii U is the one region locked console this gen and the US didn't get any physical media of the new game.

 

Exactly, I was initially excited about Nintendo getting involved with this series but after this last two...so very disappointed.

 

Two new Xbox One titles, Quantum Break and Dirt Rally. And I have to say that I love Amazon Japan. After the sad news that they were having to delay my copy of Dirt Rally until two weeks or more later the other day, they called this morning asking if I would want a UK import as they had a cancellation. By 5pm today it was in my letter box Now I'm off for some rally action while Quantum Break can take a break.

 

UK import? That's an ESRB rating on that box... Looks like US to me (I should know)

 

Well they said it was a UK import. Guess it's a US import. Either way they pulled through and got the game for me.

 

I'm a little late to the party on this one but I finally got it into my collection.


Sadly though there looks to be a little bit of damage on it, the bottom area where it looks like a sticker warped quite a bit and there is also a bit of a crack and caved in on the bottom, also some of the corners are cracked and chipped.

 

What is it? Something for the PS2?

After about 2 months of waiting my Turbo EverDrive has arrived



I had a case 3D printed for it however I forgot to take in to account that the EverDrive I ordered had the USB port on it plus an extra chip. So I'll need to modify the case before it will fit.

Got all this at 2 swap meets today for under $80.00

Unfortunately Rival Schools is missing disc 2 but front case and Disc 1 are in very good shape. Tracking down disc 2 is going to be..challenging to say the least.

 

Finally got around modding the case for my Turbo Everdrive.

How did you mod the case?

 

The problem I had was the design I had printed wasn't for the deluxe version of the Turbo Everdrive so I had to mod the case to allow for the mini USB port and extra chip to fit. Modding the chip area was a pain as I basically had to carve out a section on the bottom of the case.

 

Does the Turbo Everdrive work on a PC Engine with US Turbo ROMs?

Also I finally got a Raspberry Pi, so hopefully by next week I'll have a DreamPi setup.

 

Yes, it does. It will also work on any region of PC Engine thanks to the Region toggle switch.

 

I found a boxed NeGCon for like $10 on eBay.

Time to make my eyes bleed..lol. Actually Tennis is pretty darn fun, even the wife really likes that game so far (surprised I got her to play something other than a schmup or Viva Pinata!)
