Héhé, probably :smt082 . I'm not the first to do that. My 32x demos are based on some works from Devster.
W0000T! I'll get on it! I was pretty puzzled trying to work together the small portion of the official devkit that someone on the board sent me once... how do you actually test your demos? Psy-Q would only link to some weird format called S28 I think.
I test my demos using gensKmod or kega :smt023 . If youre rich you can test with tototek on real hardware Nah, never use old tools (they are generaly hard to use + low optimisation + odd output rom format), just use devster's wmarsx or/and GCC. Btw: My tech demos about the 32x only uses the 68k (the 2 sh2 are looping forever leaving the cartridge acces), all is done from the genesis. In fact the 32x isn't very interesting (compared to the genesis) because you need to do all the stuff by software (the 32x vdp is only a framebuffer). If you want to make a litte game you'll need to use the sh2's but its very very hard to build a game using 3 procs at once :smt043 My advice would be to make genny games, 32x games are for gurus (if youre one, sorry :smt083 ). Or, if you really want to use the 32x vdp, you may use the 32x vdp for static 256colors BG and the genesis for sprites/ FG planes). Have fun Fonzie
I don't know if this counts but you can download my music from www.AnimaRecordings.com It kicks ass ;-) Try Lehdii Uusina Edit (Unedited Edit Version) first ;-)
