Power Girl XBOX (Custom XBOX)

Either am I, I don't want the system to look like a gay bar or anything. I just wanted something a bit different since I couldn't light the jewel.
Lighted controller ports are pretty common, but many people who do extreme mods don't do them.
I can't control the LEDs at all sadly. The pulsing look would look nicer.

 

pulsing might be annoying while playing thats the only thing possibly distracting.

 

Where my system is, you can barely see the lights really. Not sure how people play with systems with those large cathode lights though.

 

Without a pair of boobs featured front and center how can this be a real Power Girl XBox?

Take a silver sharpie to the Xbox letters, it really helps complete the look

 

Horrible time of the day to take a photo with bad shadows, but worked out nicely

 

my old athlon 64 PC was all cathoded out with led fans and UV reactive clear acrylic case, motherboard power supply and erm well yeah everything was either glowing or lit up lol. even the ram had activity led's across the tops
(didnt look like a gay disco)


was my main gaming pc however it just glowed it didnt pulsate or flash, my current rig is a bit more subtle with black case and led fans

that sharpie actually worked really well

I believe the transformer is dead. So only way to fix it would be to get another Power Supply from another 1.6 system. Waiting to hear back from Bad, as he might have a spare.

Just revisions bro. 1.6 has a different power connection.

 

i didnt know that they had different cables :O i got a prob with a xbox of mine as well the disc tray wont open unless i stick a paperclip in the reset tray thing

 

What drive have you got? Usually if you place a sticker on the middle of the spindle the tray should always open, it does depend what DVD drive you have. I have a 100% working 1.1 if you'd like to trade. If you have a 1.6. I need a power supply :/
