    Hi, Meanthord

I'm sure that the developers and supporters could answer you more clearly than I can, but for what I know looking at meta-games forum it still under development and, like Algolan said before, with its creator working on it every day. This is good news, meaning that will bring us a better tool than if we rush them (KrHacken, the author, said in the french forums that Ridge Racer couldn't emulate correctly at the moment and this matter and other game emulation issues is the part of the proccess where they are right now) So, please, don't ask them for "release dates"... better patiently wait instead and your waiting will be rewarded. I understand you, many friends and miself are anxious for put our hands on Popstarter XIII.

Thanks for all the info. If I would have known in the first place that there was a newer psx emulator I wouldn't have bothered to get that image in the first place. I mainly got it because my drive is bigger than 137GBs. I am just wanting a HDDOSD that can read my whole drive and maybe bigger ones in the future so if I get a bigger one then I can have that image later to use to format the newer one. My PS2 is a NTSC 50000 or whatever it is so would a J image work for it? Also I found the image for it and it was made by vash32 so if I ended up installing this could it possibly end up being blocked as well? If I could just get links for what is best that would be great. I am still fairly new to modding a fat ps2. I have just being messing around with a slim ps2 until the reset switch broke so I couldn't turn it on.

Remerciements à vous tous pour votre patience - Thanks with you all for your patience

    FR :

    @ emuler ...

Thousand Thank you for your superb English service because I am well too bad in this language to be able to thank you as it should be.
You very correctly translated my words, krHACKen is a very good hacker and it advances in the good sense to enable us to have POPStarter in "revision 13" in conformity with the idea that it is done of a good program, finished well. As of the public publication of software on this site you will be able to download it and thus produce remarks on the lists whose links will be given in Topic created for the “rev13â€.

    Good evening…

I believe that without someone translating the script to work with Linux it won't work by itself. But if someone does get it translated over I believe you will need java to run it. And I am really beginning to think that this forum is getting very badly inactive. Especially when I am sure I had posted something else here and an admin seems to of not approved it yet and that was a few days ago.

This is your third post. The other two seem to have posted without needing moderation. I caught this one just now - within an hour of you posting it. Please remember that all moderators are volunteers - we have a life away from the keyboard! You'll notice that there are over 45,000 threads on the forum and many posts daily. Sorry if some occasionally get overlooked - just have patience. If your thread doesn't show up within a couple of days, feel free to politely PM a moderator.

Well I figured everything out. And for anyone that has been unfortunate enough to of installed the blocked image vash32 made that had POPS_00001 bundled into it I have the solution. All you have to do is just delete all partitions that have VASH on it. After that then the emulator will work fine. Then you just need to replace the things you deleted which are the HDDLoader and other things if you happened to of used them. Of course you may end up having to use FMCB and install it to the hard drive I ended up having to do this for no reason as the HDDOSD wouldn't come up anymore. Then I installed the FMCB to my memory card and hard drive and it seems to go nuts sometimes even when I had removed it from my hard drive it still seems to get spotty sometimes. Like I turned the system on and it froze at the FMCB screen so then I took the memory card out and it went to the FMCB screen and instantally went to the ps2 boot screen and to the main menu to where I found it didn't have any entrys on it but the default to browser and whatever it is. I opened the browser and the HDD icon was there. Is this what FMCB on the hard drive is? Does it not come with the original menu like it did with it saying on the top right corner FMCB or FHDB? Anyways none of that matters. I noticed when creating new partitions with the ULAUNCHELF that FMCB comes with it is for some odd reason putting a + in front of the names I didn't put there. On the evil version of ULE it seemed to of not done that and the partitions I created with the regular edition are the only ones with the +s. Will this effect anything? Or do I have to include the + in the launcher so it launches the game?

    Hello "seatle94BR"

en EN : “CUE2POPS” functions at home on “Mac Mini C2D” on a virtual machine “WinXP-SP3”. It functions perfectly. You can make some in the same way with Linux I think and create a Virtual Machine “Windows XP”.

    Kinds regard.

Thanks for the reply AlGollan84. I actually corrected most issues. The installation said FMCB because of the cfg file as I saved a FMCB config ontop of the FHDB because it had loaded the FMCB one by default and I didn't remove the memory card before booting. Simple mistake I should have avoided. And I am using the Evil version now so it isn't making + signs anymore only problem is it wouldn't let me remove them so I had to delete the partitions and make new ones. And as for the VASH32 partitions I removed all of them as it wouldn't launch any games if there was even one left. My only issue now is that I can't create any menu options for the FMCB menu. It just doesn't show the new entries I made. Aside from that I don't really have any other issues. Just that in the compatibility list it says ape escape works fine. But I noticed that it isn't playing some of the characters voices sometimes. When playing the game the voices are fine just when finishing a level you can't hear spike say yes or when going into a level you can't hear the characters talk like when a new gadget is found. Is this because I am using the NTSC version of the game?

    Bonsoir "willmon22".

I answer your questions but I could not all do them. For FMCB/FHDB if you leave your CM in place, it is FMCB which will be launched that CM is on the port n°1 or n°2. If CM is absent or if it then does not have a FMCB in fact the HDD is launched by FHDB, these are the choice which precedes. By having two CM (I have a 64Mo in port 1 and a 8Mo SONY in port 2) you will be able to make a better configuration of your PS2 FAT. I have to advise you to reforming (with WinHIIP) your HDD, made, it is to it a good consulting. Your disc will be Clear. Use uLEwip7 to create your partitions with the Disk Utility and install your plays PS1 with “PFSShell_0.2a” to go more quickly.
For the lines of Menu of FMCB, I can make you pass one of my files of configuration but I do not know if it will be compatible with your area of PS2, in theory YES. It very complete but is also adapted to my use. It will be necessary for you to copy yours from an USB key (for example) and to put mine over then starting again your PS2. Made this copy launching on FHDB then insert your CM and your USB key having the new file of configuration of FMCB, launch uLE and copy the new file since the USB key towards CM. Start again your PS2 and admire work if all is identical. You must check my file and/or publish it before.

For “Ape Escape”, the Audio minor problems and Video which you encounter with the “rev12” will disappear with the “rev13”, you will tell me news of them as of the publication of this new revision HERE. Many problems will disappear with the “rev13”, I to you it guaranteed… It is not From Arles, “POPStarter rev13” will appear soon. Is a little patient, it is all. Its developer “krHACKen” works there enormously.

    Good evening, my regards.

Seems like I needed the latest launchers for some odd reason. As the other ones I had failed when they use to work. It just went to one screen and it went to a blank screen. Now it seems like everything is fine now hopefully.

If I understand correctly, the new version to be released at some point, it will be possible load games via USB and will disable the annoying need to depend on an internet connection, right?

If so, it will be something amazing, I'll definitely be aware of the new version!
