ps2 imports (or backups) on a ps3 -> google for "ps3 switchmod" done. you don't really want to do this though, it's a crude hardware mod to add an extra switch to eject a disc without the console knowing about it. insert retail game of your region (usa games for usa consoles etc) .. let it load up to the xmb -> eject with the new switch -> put in import (or backup) play the game. needs a retail High TOC game and a backwards compatible ps3 obviously.
umn all he really needs is a usb hdd and ps3gen... the rest is flat out simple with all the tools publically available.
its an app used to make master disc images afaik are you aware you can throw the console in service mode and rerun the DGF 3.41 pup right?
?? I'm on 3.55 CFW Rebug 3.55.1 and don't have a dongle. As far as I am aware you can't get it out of service mode? I'll do a Google search for PS3Gen though. Thanks.
1.00-3.55 you can use DGF.rar if you look for that on google you will see what it is.also im sure there is something you own that you can use to make a service jig. there is calculators psp cellphones etc etc. 3.56+ cant get out of service mode...
hehe thats the spirit tbh now that sp-int is useless to you your better off using like kmeaw firmware or the likes... unless you plan on developing stuff. i mean the syscall patches and whatnot make it more convenient for what you are most likely looking to achieve
I was on Kmeaw to start with, but when Rebug 3.55 was released I changed because you can't get Debug units in New Zealand. I kinda thought I could use it like a Debug station, but it turns out you can't.
