I love Dave too, and he does talk about whats generally true, I agree, it is genereally true that African Americans and Mexicans talk like that (maybe not THAT exact way, but close). Everyone loves Chapelles humor (I know me and madhatter do) and they find it appealing, just as they would find those commercials somewhat appeailing.
