well as long as it doesnt involve you dropping your trousers, show it all! :katamari: ed: something like this maybe? merry xmas yall
I'm not a real collector, so the rarest thing I own is a Japanese creatiVision. It's brand new, bought in Tokyo/Akihabara and brought to me from a dear friend (I won't name him, but he's quite popular here hehe). And of course I own a series of "one of a kind" prototype-items I made for the homebrew Multicart I produced... but I can't consider those items as "rare", since I could manufacture more of them myself!!! :icon_bigg
I just got Rendering Ranger (complete with box, inst). Sin and Punishment and Neon Genesis Evangelion on N64. Radiant Silvergun, Ikaruga DC, Panzer Dragoon Saga, Rakugaki Showtime, Donkey Kong Jr game & watch, Final Fantasy III US Snes complete, Nosferatu Snes,
Got a GDEV as a birthday gift, will be picking it up at the post office tomorrow. EDIT: I just got a really expensive paperweight. Yes, I need to clean my carpet. Yes, I need to clean the scuff marks on the wall that are from my bad habit of leaning back in my chair and moving shit.
Not sure if I ever posted in this topic (don't care to search 14 pages). Probably rarest thing I own now is the Sony CD-R to the last ps1 game I worked on. To validate all was good I made a test burn, verified everything was good then did the necessary cd burns (cant remember, it was more then 5, maybe 7 disc in total) for sony. So I kept the first disc/test burn I did. Sony is anal about the disc sent to them (no scraches, dust or etc). So while it's uber rare since it's the only disc kept (others were sent to sony which i think they ultimately destroy later), it's not really a great game to have as your rarest item (it's Cat in the Hat). -- Additional Notes -- 1. This is the last game to get out the now dead NewKidco 2. Probably with in the last 50 ps1 games to be published in North America.
Dont know what is more rare, none of it may be but here we are. I have alot of xbox and 360 demo discs like below, but this one was recalled and MS asked for it to be destroyed
rainbow 6 marvel vs capcom 2 alone in the dark gauntlet legends aerowings 2 headhunter virtua tennis and jo jo's bizzare adventure also a few ps1/2 review / master? discs : resident evil survivor 2 police 24/7 2x capcom vs snk 2
The rarest thing I own, is probably a non game related item. And it is The Remixes 86>98 promo CD. and the bong number is PCDmutL5 and the most rarest thing my father and I owned was a Japanese bayonet with a European blade which is VERY rare on world basis. So my father and I gave it to the Danish National Museum and we got a thank you letter from them afterwards. Other than that, then I am not sure, what else I have can be considered rare.
I also was a Depeche Mode collector... there are much more rare items -> www.depmod.com if you're willing to discover more. It's a very nice site on Depeche Mode collecting! ;-)
I know him personally, and I have known him for years. His name is Lars Worm Beck(the webmaster), and he is a Dane. And I have known that site for years too and they are very friendly there. And to all who wonder about the Japanese bayonet with a European blade on it, then it is a WW2 bayonet, but the blade is much older than from WW2. And well, I was a Depeche Mode fan, but now a days they make me more irritated than excited.
Yes I know Lars very well too, since I contributed a lot to the Italian discography on his website and forum Yes same for me, since they released they "Exciter" (...or was it "Irritater"? :lol album. Sorry for the OT... let's get back into topic! ;-)
Haha... The build up is wonderful! Super rare CD produced for Sony and it turns out the contain "Cat in the Hat"
Boxed or unboxed? and is it complete with the little lightsaber practice floaty thing (technical starwars term there!) I have 4 Falcons, 2 original boxed, 1 unboxed and one 90's remake boxed, the uynboxed one i was thinking of doing a xbox mod with at some point also have 3 boxed AT-AT's plus most of the original toys, and about 500 loose and MoC figures
Exciter tour was the best tour I have ever experienced, sadly I only experienced them once. And that was in Parken, but damn it was the best ! BUT PTA Tour/Touring The Angel, was there where I felt. It was time to stop the hysteria, but I am probably going to buy two tickets next time they are around here. Because my sister and I have a tradition about it.
