Rarest thing you own thread

Hi. I don't have anyhting one-of-a-kind but I've managed to collect some neat odd and ends:

1. Sega CD-X
2. Gold N64 console
3. Super A'Can console
4. Some rare SV games like "Journey to the west"
5. and a Black Megaduck Handheld, made by Sachen

Not too rare, but I'd have to say the rarest thing I own would be my N64 CD64.

Not sure if you're being ironic, but how do you know there's a Stars model inside? I thought originally it was pot luck whether you got a Stars or Claire version?

 

It is, there's no way to tell from the outer cardboard box, which is inside, as they're completely the same. So I think it's either a bold claim, or the cardboard has been opene, but the plastic bag in which the console is held should be some way sealed, although I don't think that was ever the case?

I have one, and several other DC's, and none them have sealed plastic bags, though most of them are new?...:shrug:

 

Mmm a lot of things (luckily), I don't know what is the rarest now, maybe this.

 

The plastic bags were never sealed, at least not the one for the console itself. In most cases though, you can tell the difference by the "wear" on the plastic bag. There's almost no way you can put it exactly the same way back into the plastic bag once it's been out. The bag will look wrinkled and (a little) worn.

Yep is a slim xdk "White" (well white and transparent) different from the regular ones.

My rarest thing is probably ZX Spectrum clone Sprais-128 made in east europe. It is basically working, only rom is trashed and waiting to be upgraded *i killed it myself *, and few hunderd of old large floppys for it, got it back in 1992.

And aswell PSX related: pc comm link (quite rare these days), about 15+ gameshark and cheat devices, I collected a bunch of them:
Xplorer FX
Xplorer Professional with X-Assist
Gameshark 3 Pro
Gameshark 2.xx *many versions*
Gameshar 1.?? *very old gameshark quite rare*
Gamehunter *many version
Many Japan clones of gamesharks

Quite possibly a Game Boy Color Promotional Demo cartridge. According to digitpress, it is a rarity 8 item. I have some other rare items ranging from 5-8, possibly even a 9.

 

Yes. This is what I mean. star limited edition box must be opened. Console, wrapped in a plastic bag outside, but not sealed. If the console has been out from the plastic bag came alive again to go back inside, plastic bags will look wrinkled, it looks very bad.:-(
