well I love my NOKIA 286 computer and also a "Micro Proffesor MPF-I" (sorry just wiki link, no photo yet) AND one really old Chess computer From megadrive games I think the rarest is my Alien Soldier (EUR)
Hopefuly you are not using the 286 to post that message ;-) Quite funny to see that the MPF-I is still being made, although at 270 UK pounds.
I think rarest things i have are: BOXED IN2IT KIDCOM w/all games (from the Finlandia 5 released units not a prototype) CHESS KING E-90 BOXED ROMTEC COLORVISION (w/3 games, 1 boxed) Regards Scaramouche
Currently, this is rarest I have. Bot both of these games brand new. I still have the original shrink rap too as you can see (though Pokemon Crystal's might be hard to see). The box for Crystal is still in mint condition, but Mega Man Battle Network 6's suffered from being pushed in a little. :c
on the subject of PSX ^_^ my 80% mint PSX with baggy i say 80% mint because it chiped and has a pant skuff on the lid :S and the spring on the eject/open lid buton has been replaced but not bad for like 10 years of constent use (and most of not all of the damage came form my brother :banghead that was a good childhood
I don't post often in such thread, but i'm quite please to catch what most consider the rarest MD JPN software: Not as interesting as Tetris though ^_^
A boardgame software that only works with a modem that no longer works? That can't be rare at all. I think someone just ripped you off mate!
No seriously, congratulations! If it takes even you this long to track it down, it must be really, really rare! In fact this is only the second time I've seen it, the first being on this infamous picture that some people have been posting from time to time to prove its existence. Just amazing that you found it. Just out of interest, did it also cost you a fortune or was it moderately priced in terms of MD rarities?
It was listed on an official Sega list at one point so we knew it was real. Just a pain in the arse to get due to the nature and low print run. Probably the hardest MD game to find since SanSan was still available from the makes until a few yaers back. Yakumo
Dreamcast Arcade Jamma adapter Hey guys i need some help. I know what this is and does, i just don't know how to use it. It seems rare as i have only seen a few others on ebay. Its a Dreamcast Arcade Jamma adapter. It was used in arcades to run House of The Dead 2, Virtua Tennis and Capcom VS SNK. It was the cheap and illegal alternative for the arcades compared to the price of a Naomi board. It has 2 sets of 8 switches that i have no idea what they do. It maybe a generic board modded for the dreamcast. I hoped someone has seen one and maybe be able to help me getting it working. I want to run House of the Dead 2 in my Neo Geo arcade machine. I have been on many forums and have not had any luck finding help.
My rarest would probably be the Segagaga Dreamcast Direct box set and Segagaga "8-BIT" VMU. So not all that rare, particularly compared to some of the collections on here.
Got a hold of one these bad boys recently, which I believe are fairly rare these days. I think the Milton Bradely-made Zelda board game that we got in the States is great, but this one looks even more engaging, so I'm hoping to figure out how to play it sometime.
