Currently the rarest thing I own might be Condor Attack for the 2600. Or is it not as rare as it's made out to be?
Is that the actual PCB that would have went inside the finished retail unit? If so that is an ultra rare item! Yakumo
Yep! It's the only one know to exist. There's nothing to say there isn't a warehouse somewhere full of them, but for the moment, it's the only one anywhere. If I ever get hold of a circuit diagram (schematic) I can populate the board and see if I can get anything happening (I have the custom slipstream chip, the rest is all off the shelf stuff). There's a very slim chance of this happening, but there is a chance...
It's got to be something 360 related, the 2 big fuckoff X-Clamps are the give away. @sneakypeanut: it's good to see your student loan is going to good use and not being wasted...
I do not have something "ultra rare" maybee my fully working FMV Towns computer (last model) is unique... but here is some of my "better stuff" ;-)
From left to right top to bottom... X68000 / FM Towns / PC-9801 / MSX / More FM-Towns? The MSX games are same old rare(!) games that most MSX collectors wheel out, I must be the only MSX collector I know that does not have a Metal Gear game... Do you have other MSX games that aren't so cliched? The MSX did have some nice Japanese only games, one I searched long and hard for was Knightlore on Japanese cartridge and Traffic... I got the DOS/V version of the indy game, which was a nice find
Hey, yes i have a few "non cliche games" i am very proud about Madou Monogatari (Full card set), Puyo Puyo, Zanac AI (with Card), Laydock, Laydock II Mission Stiker, and a few more... Yep, these are the Systems i mainly collect for...
Could you post a picture of Madou Monogatari and Puyo puyo as i am never 100% sure what should be in them. Do you have a PC-9801 computer? I have two notebooks, one which runs Windows 98 with 16MB(!) of RAM and has DirectX installed so I can run some Windows games... the other is set up to run PC-9801 games and has the FM sound chip in it. Have lots of interfaces, including Ethernet card, Wifi card, floppy drives and CD-ROM external interface (allows internal drives to be used externally), CF card (makes transfer things a lot faster) and a number of hard drives which are easily swopable.
Sry for the short reply, on the way to bed you can find some of my msx pictures here; http://picasaweb.google.com/1125491...?authkey=Gv1sRgCPKMn4m7hdXgfw&feat=directlink Puyo & Madou are included I have a PC9821 with CF HDD & FM Sound Board
