My Sears Video Arcade II IMHO, the best/only sexy Atari made. This wasn't a pirate clone, and used real Atari components. It fixed allot of the issues people had with Atari's. Like having 4 control ports in the front, exact crisp video, not having to hold the 2600 while pulling on the "hard to move" switches. I picked it up for a song (under 20$). While not super mega rare, I haven't seen to many for sale, and now they fetch pretty well, when the ebay auctions end. While the picture above isn't mine. Mine is basically the same but devoid of scratches. Probably my favorite "rarity" I own. While it's almost identical to the Japanese 2600, the"2800" , and it's made in the USA. Which I think is kinda cool. Cons; The controllers suck. I have a nice set of 2600 sticks that work nice for mine! This is what Atari should have made in the first place! Pick one up while they are still the secret of Atari gaming.
Despite all the games and consoles I've bought over the years my rarest item seems to be a free gift from KFC.
This Dreamcast pre-production copy of Resident Evil: Code Veronica may be one of the rarest things I own. After witnessing an eBay auction of the same discs reach £95, I took that as a sign! NO idea why there was a bidding war, but hey. How did I get my copy? I received a tip off from a friend at a local pawn shop - he told me that there may something that I might find of interest about to be put out on the shop floor. So we went to the counter and he pulled out a Dreamcast and a small white bag, containing around 30 white label pre-production discs! I asked the price: £14.99! SOLD on the SPOT. Was super happy with the result and treasure them to this day. Hope to expand the white label collection in the future! L
So, what is the rarest thing in WoW? Some might say the black AQ mount. Others might say a female Dwarf Warlock. Me? Well, as they say, "A picture is worth a thousand words":
I got me a Xbox Alpha (most likely alpha II according to Borman) controller. Found this by accident. Best accident ever.
Hey guys I'm new to this forum and if I'm out of place, I apologize. I was wondering if any of you guys could help me. I have these two photos of famicom disk system - Hacker Comic Sakka series #2 and #4 respectively and I'm looking for 1, 3 and 5 (photos that is), does anyone have a photo or scan of these games that I can have? A face on view would be great. Thanks and if a mod needs to move this to a different section - please do. I thought these were obsure for sure.
Thats a later Alpha controller, as it has the final Xbox logo on it, which wasn't seen when Alphas were first built. Might even go towards an Alpha II kit.
