Remember g4 TV?

I have been having a lo of issues sleeping lately. and with the magic of youtube, xplay videos came into my suggestions box. I really enjoyed it as a teen, and it's crazy to think that ten year ago, cable TV and G4 was pretty big. Anyone else out there enjoy watching it back in the day, any shows you really enjoyed?

I actually got to Meet Morgan Webb back when Tech TV and G4 were separate entities.
I miss Tech TV more than I do G4. But Icons was a great show.

I loved Code Monkeys, but G4 killed off a great channel in TechTV.

 

I'm not gonna lie, they butchered that channel when merging, and for what, COPS reruns. I started with TechTV myself

 

Tech TV memories

-Flirting with Cat Schwartz
-Meeting Her, Morgan Webb and Adam Sessler (Morgan no joke was staring at my crotch the whole time)
- Leo Laporte rating me out to the secret service for something I didn't even say. My dad still gives me shit about that to this day.
-Megan Morrone using my game suggestions for an article about games for kids even though the list I gave her was shit (All GameCube games not the best games for kids either)

 

I wasn't all that into G4, the only shows I watched were Icons and Screen Savers. And it was definitely a better time when G4 and Tech TV were separate.

 

There were some moments on X Play that were genuinely funny

I remember adam sessler got a really terrible hairstyle just before he got fired. He was completely bald with some sideburns and no facial hair. It was really strange and looked terrible.

Anyways, I loved me some Filter back in the day, and Cinematech, and Judgement Day (which is the first thing I remember Tommy Tallorico for, because I has no idea he had made video game music for like 10 years at that point). Also I remember that they would run the same like 10 commercials nonstop in the early days (at least on Comcast in the Chicago area then). I could probably recite one Pringles commercial from memory and the All American Rejects one too.

What did you do to get Morgan looking at your crotch? Also, she sounds like a bad flirt. A guy'd get in trouble if he tried to flirt like that.

 

It was at a signing she, Adam and Cat were doing.

 

So she was sitting and your crotch was eye level. That's a little different.
