He also mentioned public sales on eBay. PUBLIC. Not him selling them, but listings on eBay, by the public.

The last sentence suggests that the price of AES games has been going up, so perhaps the value of his cart has gone up, too.

You may choose not to see his release as official if you like. However, he didn't list anything for sale on your thread. Sorry, you were mistaken.

From what I'm getting bashing his scam activities is restricted to a single thread but promoting the guy is open to every other thread.

 

OK, Dion has stated that he shut shop years ago. He wasn't the technical guy, he doesn't know how to make the carts. So yes, I believe him.

MVS carts sell for a LOT less than AES. You should know this.

Dion is free to post wherever he wants, because he's always polite and often posts about interesting stuff. He chooses to stick to the Neo Geo forum only, which is fine. Nobody said "Dion, don't post anywhere else."

However, we're sick of all the Neo Geo fanboys coming into EVERY SINGLE thread by Dion, or mentioning Dion, or as you proved here, mentioning Neo Geo, and badmouthing Dion. We could make a rule - no badmouthing Dion, but we don't. Instead, you're asked to keep any comments on Dion in one relevant thread.

Is Dion responsible for the spam? No. So it's irrelevant. DON'T MENTION IT HERE.

Dion is welcome to post information on The Irritating Maze in your thread. If he wants to do so by linking to his website, that's fine.

Why are you unable to follow a simple request? I know I'm not a moderator, but I'm just repeating what Kev said to you. You've repeatedly disobeyed and brought Dion up in every thread EXCEPT the NGF thread. I hear that you're also reporting Dion's posts left, right and centre for no reason. To be honest, think yourself lucky I'm not a moderator, as I'd be giving you a week's ban for disobeying Kevin's request.

It's obvious that this thread has been derailed too far, so I call for it to be locked.

Lol, I never said he doesn't have an ego... but at least he's not slagging anyone off! And he doesn't post on EVERY Neo Geo thread... just ones he feels he can offer a contribution. Even if it is that he sold the game in the past

 

The AES is the biggest source of NG Dramu, MVS is pretty much self contained.
