Replacement AC adapter for SCART to component converter

I use that exact adaptor with my PAL SNES, and it works a treat, no buzzing or anything.

It's hard to show the presence of DC ripple without an oscilloscope, maybe just bite the bullet and get one a replacement AC adaptor from Dick Smith/JayCar/Prime/etc.
