Mainly looking for Conker builds but would love Kameo and, to a lesser extent, Perfect Dark.

In that I received a nicely worded mail from Microsoft's lawyers. So there is a reason the links are harder to find.

They just saw buzz when it was released. I do not think they check regularly.

 

You may think that, but are you willing to take that chance? I know I ended up losing quite a bit of money on the deal (over a grand when all was said and done), and Im not willing to deal with that anymore hah.

 

Can't say I blame you, too bad on the loss though.

This may be why ASSEMbler has not released the Dead Rising 1 Beta everyone is going crazy for.

 

It's exactly why. Not to mention Dead Rising is on a system that isn't even dead like Kameo or Conker is.

 

Kameo is an XBOX 360 game. If Rare/MS is really after the licence infringement they dont mind what version is.

 

Uh no, the Kameo that was released was on the original Xbox.

 

Do the Xbox game have different rights from the Xbox 360 game? I dont think so.

 

Xbox is a dead console. Xbox 360 is not. As a result they're less likely to go after releases for Xbox, but not completely as we saw with Borman.
