    Funny because I didn't spent a penny making a cable with one resistor, an DB25 male connector and 6 wires 5 centimeters long because I used scrap materials. Xillinx IMPACT detects, programs and verifies everything properly and I didn't spent anything or had hassle dealing with customs... :-(

    Can I use an Altera USB blaster to do the JTAG programming bits, or do I need something else?

    Programmed my chips using impact and an LPT port. My shit still doesnt glitch im going to go cry.
