In FPS mode looks pretty good, but how can you that with prerendered backgrounds? Or are they realtime? Anyways, looks like 96 all over again :smt033 Not cool! Now if you dont clean the screen at time, youll be dead! :death
saw some images from the link liquitt posted. thanks. doesn't look THAT bad to me, and there's some interesting features added, so that's good. never played the original version of the game, so that's not bad at all for me. Ds seems to get all the good games, at this date, imo. Anyway, way off-topic: i don't know why, but it reminded me of virtua cop! yeah, quite strange...but then i thought about virtua cop on ds, that' wouldn't be bad if they find a good way to play it with the touch screen, or something. :dance
Na, I think that one of those SEGA arcades like LAmachineguns would be better for the DS, since you didnt use Ir guns, but this bigass M21 like machinesguns with unlimited ammo.
well there was 'cop on the ngage and asphalt gt was ported from the ngage to the ds..so there might be a chance
I know I'm excited about the prospect of having the game on the DS - the knife slashing AND blood-cleaning mechanics both look pretty interesting, but just being able to take the original Resident Evil on the go would be a lot of fun, in lieu of that canned GBC game.
Looks good to me........just having to move with the Cross Controller while trying to slash with the stylus Could be fun...........
The problem is that those widgets may be cool when you use them for the 1st time, but tend to be a hastle after playin 1 or 2 hours. Honestly, this touch games are a waste of time. The DS lacks the games that DO need a mouse replacement: RPGs, MMORPG, FPS and RTS. Plus those games are the ones the bigger share of the market (us, not the kids) are willing to buy. Take a 130$ DS and add starcraft, warcraft, quake, C&C, Lunar, D&D, a CS-like game and some PDA capabilities (like a web browser) and you got a uber console.
Well, you might not have to wait much longer: Apparently in one of its newsletters a few weeks back, Blizzard was conducting a poll to see how interested people would be in DS ports of Starcraft and Diablo 2. So hopefully that amounts to something. But aside from the retarded weapon selection system in Nanostray, I don't really mind the various little hoops you have to run through with the touchscreen on most games.
starcraft and dialo 2 on DS? holly hell, the psp will die! and that's an exageration, btw. sp drop that gun you're pointing at me, please.:-( but that would kick ass, especially starcraft. was this something serious, or just for fun (if you know, of course)?
If they get a nice starcraft port (like the one in N64) with WiFi support and a good control scheme then every PC gamer in the world is goin to get a DS :smt033 Too bad they sold rare, Conker BFD with touch-context sensitive would be sooo cool man :-(
well square did it with an insert on the ff1 and ff2 game in japan...and due to that thats why were(the ds) is gonna get ff3 so....
so how did the poll turned , gsl? ..and i thought the ff3 on ds was only speculations. and i always thought rts on DS would kick asses.
ff3 isnt speculations....officially anounced and the poll wasa that it asked people wether they wanted ff, saga, crono corss or other to appear on the ds...and people voted for ff3
yeah, i know the story, but what i mean is that i thought it was like ''cast your vote, but that's just for fun, MAYBE we will do something after'' like that Nintendo poll that asked you if you would buy a NGC add-on that would allow you to play n64 cartige games. i'd like to see seiken desetsu 3 released on DS also...and why not starfox 2 while we're talking about that. damn, i'm getting really off-topic now, time to stop a bit.
Me either, but most of the PC gamers do like the game, much like sonyers and GTA And if nintendo launchs a starfox for DS im sure is goin to be the N64 one.
< they released a gba game after the purshase. they're with microsoft, but microsoft have no handheld, i don't see how it could offend microsoft if they release yet another handheld game, for nintendo, or even sony.
