downloading now at about 270-290 kb/s.

Looking forward to seeing the Chinese original Mega Drive games feature and also really wanting to see the Game Cube - Auto Modellista US Tuned.

a wonderful show, just it was a bit short. But all in all it was a good show. And you are back calling Ko-na-mi , Ka-no-mi :) which I really like.
And the Chinese pirate fighters.... could you say, that the game engine is a very generic "mugen" engine like game engine ? or am I wrong in that assumption ?

Does it really sound like I say Ka-no-mi? It should be Ko-na-mi. I guess my accent is still stuck in the liverpool dilect even after 11 years in Japan.
You could say that. They all have the same feel to them. Some are better than others but still they all do seem to use what you could call "Mugen for Mega Drive".

Yes it does, but as I said. I like it, and I think it is cool :)

Thanks, that answered my wondering, from the Chinese pirate, and original megadrive games thread.

Do you think you'll possibly add the missing videos in the next volume? Really dying to watch the Virus review.

it suddenly occurs to me, that one of my favourite game reviewers on youtube has been banned because of copyright infringement ? of footage from a videogame ? yup it is GTA4 he has been gotten his account suspended over. His nickname was playitbogart. So if you ask me, then the idea of having an ASSEMbler forum youtube channel seems more and more fucked up in the long run, since all those who has uploaded videos. Can in reality get banned because of this stupid shit. And thank goodness I don´t live in "copyright fuckedup land", but a more moderate one. And yes the last bad grammar part was on purpose. Anyway Yakumo-sama I hope that you will never loose your license in anyway that will stop you from making retrocore, so long live RTC.

They won't do anything to me because of 1. I'm not on YouTube and 2. I cover stuff so old that most companies don't even exist now

Retro Core 2 - Volume 3 is out now. http://www.segagagadomain.com/RetroCorepage-main.htm

    Retro Core II - Volume : 3 - Length : 45 minutes 00 seconds

    Released 10th June 2008

Volume 3 features what some people may describe as Saturn porn or just pure madness. You'll have to watch the show to find out what is is though. Retro Core also takes a look at the Dreamcast's version of the Para Para Paradise controller. And you thought it was only available for the PlayStation 2. This month also includes 3 games that should have been featured in volume 2, being Dragon Ball Z Final Bout from the Chinese original MD games feature and this months two Saturn titles were originally planned for volume 2.

Games featured in this episode include

    Mega Drive - Aleste

Mega Drive - Dragon Ball Z Final Bout (Chinese original Mega Drive that was missing from RC2 Vol2)

    Arcade - Sonic Fighters

    Wii - Onechanbara Revolution

    Dreamcast - Musapey Choco Marker

    Dreamcast - Dream Para Para

    Saturn - Rabbit

    Saturn - Virus

Super Famicom - Robocop 3 (Shite of the month)

    Super Famicom - Thunder Birds

Nice show Yakumo, as always. Loved the strip music - though no idea where you got it!

A big thanks to Importaku for that music.

Yeah, Onechanbara Revolution is a very good game. Far better than the PS2 versions and those Wii controlls do actually work pretty well.

beter than me mate. I went to bed at 10am yesterday. Spent the whole day in bed. Got up and went to work but had to pull over after 30 minutes of driving because I was so light headed. Ended up phoning work to tell them I'd be off and just went home to bed. God knows what came over me but I seriously felt like shit yesterday.
