Now with Bioshock and the upcoming Fallout 3, if they manage to fix that RLOD issue (or did they already?) the 360 is getting more and more interesting ...

 

They've added a new heat sink and sometime in the near future they putting out the new "Falcon" chip which is supposed to make the RLOD issue go away.

Yay Rez and Ikagura, not like it's available on a few consoles already... Why Ikagura, why not release Radiant Silvergun instead? Might help shift a few more units in Japan... Or is XBL going to be doooooomed to be filled with games that you can get on other formats quite easily and a few number of original games?

 

Ikagura has been spotted on and off for quite awhile now for Live.

Shenmue ain't gonna happen.

I think if the shmups do well on Arcade we'll get more.

 

nah i know mue will never go arcade... i mean shen III, but that's another thread done and dusted... it is cool to see this little gems being given another chance though.

 

I agree with Radiant Silvergun, why the hell haven't they brought that to another system yet? I'm guessing it'd be related to porting issues or something. Still, this is good news for XBLA. Though I don't really like paying money for games that appear on other systems and don't offer anything new. For some games multiplayer makes it worth it, but other games I don't see the point. Ikaruga is one I don't see the point in. Would you really play that online?

 

Some of these games cost $60 and up for the original console. How much do the games on the Live Arcade cost? A lot cheaper I suppose.

 

There like 5$-10$, they look decent on an HDTV, and they have added stuff. There not a rip off or anything like that, I had a blast with SoTN, and I'm liking Sonic 2 right now too.

You can say whatever you like about Microsoft, but they continue to bring awesome games to their console..

 

I haven't said that they don't have awesome games, it's just that in my country a 360 can be very expensive, they cost US$700 here, with no games.
But this makes spending that money worth it

I say stick Shenmue up there (if it wasnt so large) and let the downloads decide whether it`s worth continuing the saga!

Apart from Space Giraffe and Pacman Championship I would have to disagree. A lot of the XBLA stuff is pretty medicore and convertions of games that most gamers would already have on other machines. Still most gamers are stupid and happily spend more money buying games again, especially if they don't get anything for the money they spend...
