Saturn Scans extravaganza!

Well this game seems to have some chance of eventually surfacing. the article mentions there was a playable demo of it.I wonder how far it got past this point. Its graphics are pretty good, but the story is very bizarre.

Wow!!, Into The Shadows looks really cool. Any idea if any part of it got used in a different game (graphics engine? game engine?)

 

Scavenger went bottom up soon after Scorcher, so I don't think so.

Sega published Scorcher. The others where teams within Scavenger afaik.

As insane as it may sound, I have to profess that I have a deep love for these types of really horrible fmv adventure games. The awful and unintentional comedic factor that these games have always given me has left them with a special place in my heart :love2:

Yeeeeezzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz i think Segafreak_Nl is keeping the surprises for the last 5 ones!

 

Well it's mostly because some scans take a lot more time than others, so if I'm busy I'll do smaller easy to do scans, when I'm not I can do some multiple page previews ones.

If anyone is looking for certain titles, let me know and I'll see if there's anything to be scanned.

 

personally i'm not looking for something concrete, as i'm not a saturn unrelesed games expert. .. but everything is welcome!

 

Into the Shadows!! Can't believe it! it was originally planned on pc!

I think i have a beta or something like that i found over the net in 2001-2002.

It never came out on PC, but i didn't know it was supposed to be on Saturn too!

what i really think is why that nearly finished game never surfaced by now... as you say many mags got near-full versions of the game..

also, almost in spain, the advertisement of the game was already published in the mags!

what are the chances for that to surface?
