    The only thing i can suggest here is try changing your ribbon cables. If all else fails its most likely the modchip failed.

    Yeah, I'm almost positive it's the chip :/

    Welp, at least I can help out a forum member and get a tested chip :D

    I had a racketboy style of modchip which started acting up. Plugging it in and out would cause it to work again. I was given a saturn which had a different style of chip (used 2 ribbons) & this one hasn't given issue.
