    Since its copper it shouldn't be too damage since the fry was pretty isolated and the top of the board is in fair condition?

    It depends - the board consists of glass fiber with resin holding the layers together. If the resin gets hot enough it will break down and one of the major degradation products is carbon, which is fairly conductive. Basically, you need to scrape away all the parts of the board that are carbonized until you get down to unburnt glass fiber - worst case, the board might be burnt all the way through, in which case you have to physically remove the affected section and then find some other way of supporting the parts.

    Looks like the only way to test is by re-replacing the fuse. I'll bump the thread after i do with the results
